Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pillows were very soft with little support and the bed at the window side was a bit chilly.

We booked two rooms, the other room was so small. Just to know, there is no smart tv, just the cable tv
The hotel is in central where you can get around easily, very neat, the bathroom especially, the beds were so comfy, enough lightening

The bathroom was very small. The sofa that sells for an single bed is really hard, uncomfortable and very small for an adult. You can hear the other room bathroom when it flushes the wc or open the water and it’s very noisy and annoying. Also, in my opinion the breakfast should have been on the price.
The location was good, and near the centre.

Our bathroom smelled a bit to sewer, and it would come into the room whenever we opened that door. It wasn't terrible, but for the price, this was definitely unexpected.

a bit too loud outside during the night. the curtain for shower is too easy, have to take care to not give the water outside. bed making was a bit too rough. there is no mini bar in the room but you can ask to reception if you wanna put something in the fridge.

Room Structure was not good. Bed was stuck in a corner and you need to go in your bed from the foot side, no side table or place to get into your bed. There was a small window which was opening on a big terrace so opening the window was also little unsafe and no air-conditioning :(
Location was quite central. For me it was good as it was near my office and I was looking for something in walking distance.

I didn’t love the location. It felt a bit unsafe walking from the main part of town to the hotel. It was loud at night and lots of people smoking/yelling so we couldn’t keep our windows open and there wasn’t a fan in the room.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean.

The location is very noisy. You can hear everything through the walls. Two times, staff tried to get into my room, even opening the door, while I was inside and the do not disturb sign was on the door
The breakfast was nice and the room was just fine for what we needed

No lift but it was no problem for me
Great location in the Centre but no noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast Is excellent for only €12. My room was perfectly functional and the shower amazing!

The room was not completely cleaned when we arrived. They left some socks from previous guests. Toilet brush was dirty. They allow people to smoke just in the front door of the hotel.
Great location, good price. Staff was nice even though many could not speak English. Nice breakfast.

The room is a bit old and sometimes smells musty.
The location is very close to both the Christmas market and the station, and we can store our luggage after we check out; we could also check in earlier. Toilet is also separate from shower so it's good for two people.
