I tried to reach them through Booking up for weeks and by phone for 2 days before my arrival until the time of my arrival during hours they reported as checkin hours and they have never responded. As a result I arrived in Hamburg Airport and I had nowhere to stay. Thankfully a friend hosted me that first night. In the second day their phone number was not even ringing in the morning. They eventually answered the phone later in the day and I managed to get the key to the room. I should get a full refund for the stress they caused me

The bed was very uncomfortable and the area is a bit unsafe feeling late at night. Others had problems checking in after 21:00.

The location is very close to bus/Bahn and Harburg Bahnhof. The room was good, clean and safe. My check-in was easy and friendly at 20:15. For the price not bad.

1.Internet connectivity is very poor. streaming a YouTube video took ages. 2. No breakfast, Tea, coffee.

Staff were not to be seen for our entire visit. Upon reaching someone by phone, the requested help was not provided. bathroom needs serious modernization (eg. towel rack hanging off the wall, hair dryer doesn’t work).

Rooms are comfortable. Location is good: relatively quiet at night, close to shops, bakeries and the metro system.

The person on duty on 11.04 at 21:00-21:30 didn't want to let me in claiming I was late even though I had 1/2 hour before latest check-in (documented), said his job wasn't to let people in as a receptionist!, and hung on my face! I could sleep in a room I paid for only after threatening them to call the police. Unspeakable rudeness and unprofessionalism. And on top of such disgusting behavior, their bathoom was stinking (with no apparent filth around, probably the plumbing needs attention) and towels were dirty!

We are 5 Family 8 6 and 1 years old But we are not Happy because the kids bad was not good out ander the Bad also the floor very dirty and very important things please pick up the breakfast picture because we saw it the breakfast picture that's why we rented the hotels when arrived there the breakfast is not for us and normally free breakfast. But too much money paid . And for kids bad also 55 € extra we paid . stete Tax without receipt paid. unbelievable too much for three nights so think about it for that matter only location is best we are so sorry ., 😳😳😡😡😡

This hotel was so terrible that I genuinely thought someone would pop out any moment and say, "Okay, this was all a hidden camera prank." Cobwebs! Hair! Filth! Dust! Even in my worst nightmares, my mind couldn't conjure something this awful. I laughed out of sheer anger! It's a disgrace that the hotel owner isn't ashamed to let people stay there! A catastrophe: you have to pay extra to use the absolutely filthy fridge, and even a baby cot costs extra! I've never seen anything like it! It's a wonder it's even allowed to be called a "hotel"! Your reputation is on the line, booking.com!

Broken toilet comet,bathroom is not good,when you take a bath the water is flooding inside the cabin.Poor reception service the receptionist doesn’t no a single Word of english.The details given in the Booking.com and when we stay in the hotel direct there was so many differences. Travellers can be easiely mislead from the ad by booking.com.i have been stayed in lots of hotels in Germany but this is the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. I really don’t no why Booking.com encourage this sort of hotels and misleading the clients. Basically our trip was ruined because of this hotel.Not even worth for the money. Hygiene & safety are very poor.
