Not kettle for tea or coffee in the room but not big issue. It might say that in summer the room can get very hot and no AC available just a fan. The tram pass near and some people might find it annoyed, I was ok for me. Just need the room for sleeping.

Our room was on the west side of the building over a main street. The Sun in the afternoon made the room stay too warm. The bigger problem was the street noise. The light rail rumbles by or stops about every 10-15 minutes for almost 24 hours, but worse was the loud voices talking and arguing until 3-4 am every night. If we had a room away from the street I think I would have rated it as excellent.

Well the room is very small

I stayed here last year and I’m staying again at the end of this trip. It’s in a really good location close to the train station and close to several really good museums. The breakfast is excellent .

There wasn’t much to complain about to be honest. If I were being picky, there was a couple of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.. but only noticeable with bedside light shining upwards on them. Also, no visible air conditioning may not help with an already warm room in the summer.

Good location if you like a bit of a walk in to town and want to be close to the train station. Free wifi was excellent - no issues anywhere. Building was nice and the rooms were warm even without heating on. Decent sized double rooms. Room had a safe and a decent sized small fridge which was handy.

Would have rated higher, but two mornings without hot water and no notification or offer of compensation by hotel, I know things break, even at well run hotels, but would have expected more communication and an offer of partial refund or something. Location is good, but trams outside are quite loud.

Our room was on the street side so quite noisy overnight but we chose to leave the window open and closing it would have been quieter.

My room was facing the street and the sound insulation was not very good. Trams passed by regularly and there was streetwork next to the hotel.

It's an excellent hotel close to the main railway station. Recently renovated. Decently sized rooms with everything well thought out. Clean and cleaned daily. There's a fridge, desk, shoe sponge, thick curtains, an armchair, excellent gooseneck reading lights, enough hangers for clothes, good water pressure in shower, a small bottle of mineral water, two elevators to avoid waiting. Basic but decent breakfast: scrambled eggs, no bacon (sausages instead), bread, yoghurt, seven different cheeses and a selection of meat.

A little noisy because of the tram, but not too much to wake you up during the night. There was no parking space left when we arrived, so we needed to use the parking of the neighboring hotel.

The breakfast tasted good, but there was very little to choose from. There was no bacon, boiled eggs, toast etc A bit noisy during the night, there is a strip club not far across the street

My toilet seat was a bit dirty but I could manage. Everything else was fine. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, the tram sounds will disturb you. People complained about the breakfast, but I thought it was simple and great!

Accessibility, definitely the friendly staff, literally in the middle of the city with everything accessible.There’s a laundromat nearby. It was nice for me.

The tram noise is quite loud, and while the hotel cannot do much about it, it’s something to consider for light sleepers.
