There was some wear and tear on the walls, but that did not impact the stay!

As someone who was exploring all day, it was really nice to come back to a quiet apartment set in a nice neighborhood of Frankfurt/Main. I also thought that the apartment had a nice amount of space for a month-long stay in the area.

Hard to sleep when the people in the room below are smoking on the balcony late into the evening / night and the smell is coming through the window. It’s healthy to sleep with ventilation - but not laced with cigarette smoke.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Additional facilities allowing you to cook rather than go out everyday was great. Ease of access to tram lines was superb. Coffee machine was a great plus for my partner.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, I found it really soft & squashy. And there were very limited English channels on the TV. I could only find BBC News, most of the other channels said not enough signal

The checking in process was quick & easy & reception was helpful in answering my questions & with luggage storage. The room was lovely & clean & really well equipped with everything I needed. The downstairs lounge was also a lovely place to sit for a change.

suggest all doors (public and private) need to have elastic arm, because when people open and close, it made so much sound and noise.... which is not good at all. and for groundfloor even the worst.

Bed a bit small for two people. Uncomfortably hot in the room in summer. A fan is provided but not very effective in the heat.

There is no reception after 6pm, it says i could reach them after 6 via email or phone, and we tried several times but couldn’t reach them at all in the end. They texted me back around 3pm the next day. The room is clean overall but the fan had quite a lot dust on top (even though it was in the closet) and we found some black spots from the extra pillow.

Kitchen was small but has all you need. No air conditioner but it does have a fan. Free cookies from the ground floor.

Some residents didn't follow the house rules thereby setting the fire alarm off. This happened several times at all hours of the day. Unfortunately no one was there at night or on the weekends to enforce the rules.

Excellent location, good connections to get downtown or out of the city. Modern well designed appartment with a full kitchen. Laundry in the basement. Overall facility is great.

The apartment does not have AC. In the summer time , I think you will have problems with the hot weather inside the apartment.. a bit small apartment.. we asked them to check in one or two hour before the check- in time they refused.. The check in is 3:00 pm exactly.. We asked them to extend our stay they asked us to move to another apartment which I did not want because of my luggage and bags and wife and my little daughters. It will be so confusing when u move your stuff. I hope they can improve their service to customers

Good location. No noise. The chick in was self -check in. You do not need to go to reception, although there is no reception was there. There is ovens, window, you can cook inside the apartment .. My wife liked the stay for me I am expecting more.

Could just do with an iron and ironing board. We were only given one large towel between two of us for showers. An on site washing machine and dryer would be useful . Not able to get many channels on the TV

Had to download the app to check-in during the weekend. There was no water in the room, luckily, tap water was drinkable :) The location was not bad, but the street was not superb lit during the night (I had late arrival).

Quiet place, with very easy digitalized check-in system. The room was super clean and had basic necessities. Was based on the ground floor, so had a terrace entrance available.

The windows go out to the street, and there were no privacy blinds/curtains, only black-out curtains. The latter is great for sleep, but during the day it would be nice to have privacy curtains.

Location is handy, just off the highway and near public transport and supermarket, however parking in the streets is difficult. The apt was small but comfy and had everything I needed. Best is the easy check-in, no waiting times. Happy to book again when in the area.

The room was equipped with everything one might need. The room was quite clean and they provided everything e.g. towels, coffee, tea. The tram station is 2 minutes away and the neigbourhood is quite calm. If you are traveling for work/have to work during your stay, there is a study room on the ground floor.

Nice apartments in a safe district. Not far from Messe, a 15 min walk. I really liked the coffee & cookies/apples/cereal bars in the public lounge for breakfast, wasn't expected thus extremely pleasing. Everything was pretty clean. The laundry room in the basement was cheap and convenient.

It's my second stay at Brera and I should stay this is a very good choice for people who don't want to stay at hotel yet want to have all the comfort of a serviced place. I like the location of the apartments, it's actually close to everything yet you are far from the city crowds. There is everything in the apartment that one needs for a comfortable stay, you can actually cook, wash your clothes and even work in the house lobby. WLAN is working very well and so does the Brera team, they reply promptly and help make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend further
