Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BulgariaExcellent for a night in walking distance to the center of Munich and for the price we have paid. Parking is limited but we were given the last spot so worked for us. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic: thank you!

United StatesWe were there during Oktoberfest so it was a bit pricy.
I thought the location was great. It was pretty close to everything but wasn't very noisy at night. The staff was very helpful and nice!

DenmarkIt seems overpriced for an ok but absolutely average hotel room. For almost 200 EUR/night you’d expect a bit more. There are absolutely no extras - safe, coffeemaking fascilities, toiletries, or even a do-not-disturb sign
Friendly staff, good location

United StatesJust a few very minor things to note. The rooms were fairly small, but probably "typical" for most European hotel's in this price range. If a light to moderate sleeper, and planning to sleep in past 7 or 8 am, it might be a good idea to close the windows and draw the curtains to help keep some of the noise from the elementary school playground out. Not a big deal for us though, even with the windows open for fresh air, as we were wanting to get up around that time anyway. Just something to be aware of.
We had a great stay at the domus hotel in Munich, during Oktoberfest. There were 6 of us, in 3 separate rooms. All rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was in a relatively quiet area during the evening/night. There is an elementary school across the street, and the kids were having fun (loud) during recess, which is to be expected, just something to be aware of if you're needing to catch some ZZZ's from about 7ish am to 2 pm or so, whenever school is in session. The hotel breakfast was wonderful each morning, with a variety of cold cuts, cheeses and breads, along with scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon in warming dishes. Several different fruit juices were available, and the hostess asked us each morning if we would like coffee or tea brought to our table. Very nice. While the hotel has parking available with access via an elevator to their lobby, we were fortunate enough to find open air parking just across the little road from the hotel. Perfect spot. Just had to make sure to feed the meter as needed. The hotel is located a short 3 or 4 minute walk from a subway station, so that was very convenient when going to the Oktoberfest grounds. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if ever in Munich in the future.

United StatesNo English channels on TV. Coffee options were offered, like espresso, but were available if you knew to ask. Kitchen staff spoke no English.
Rooms were clean. Property was fairly new. Parking downstairs. Breakfast was better than expected with Eggs 2 of the 3 days. Quiet area at night. 2 good restaurant choices a block away. Good WiFi.

GermanyOf course we booked at High Season for the town with the October fest, therefore the price was extraordinary on top of probably a high price in general, because of the location. What I did not liked, there was no bottled water in the room, vending machine only at the restaurant entrance Ground Floor. The minibar was empty. The street started getting noisy at 6 am, hopefully you don't plan to sleep in. Besides a simple liquid soap in the bathroom no further additions like lotion, cream, shampoo. I am not depending on this but would have expected this at this price level.
Staff was nice and friendly. Special greetings to the service in the breakfast room. Rooms were clean and bathroom was functional. Beds and mattress were comphy. Our rooms had a balcony to street side, which was a nice feature. We were able to get a basement parking, which I liked, so that we did not have to deal with the outside parking. The location of the hotel is great, perfect for exploring the town enter of Munich with maybe 15 min. Walk to Residenz and Odeon Platz, 15 min to Hofbräuhaus and maybe 20 min to Marieplatz. Subway station is 200 m away, which connects also directly to the Theresienwiese. The breakfast was great with enough coffee for me to wake up.
