Very noisy, had a neighbor who turned on the tv at 24 o clock and started snoring loudly right throug the tv noise, that went on for several hours.... The bed had a distinct dip in the middle. This was not comfortable.

Breakfast was good, dinner was very good. Personnel was very accommodating. Young guy with glasses did an excellent job to provide me with a diner that I liked.

Inner courtyard is really a disused wasteland and not pretty to look over Lady on reception at 14:00 could have been more welcoming and also offered explanation as to why I could not checkin while 3 other couples could PLEASE MOVE RUBBISH BINS FROM BIKE STORE AREA. IT STINKS AND THEY ARE SWARMING WITH FLYS.

A nice and small hotel in the heart of Ludwigslust. Sights and restaurants are within walking distance. The room was spacious, but it was quite hot in July and there were no cooling devices available in the room (floor fan, etc.). The beds were comfortable, but the hotel should invest in new pillows because the current ones are really bad! The hotel staff was mostly friendly, but when we arrived the woman working at the reception was very rude and rolled her eyes at us. Breakfast was compact, but sufficient, and special diets were also taken into account in the selection. All in all, it's worth the price and I can recommend staying here!

The included Restaurant was just fair. The price/value was not good at all. I recommend, if possible to check out surroundings for dinner.

Breakfast was great, also the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good stay. I loved, that I had a bathtub, which was perfect to relax after a hard and sporty day.

Royal treatment at a wonderful hotel. Magnificent spacious suite, very well furnished with an eye for detail. Breakfast was great. The place is thought through to give comfort, pleasure and place for relaxing on kingly level.

A hidden pearl in a small town. Best hotel we have been at in this price range. Really cozy inside and nice town to walk around in. The resultant was also good and they’re going to information regarding how look the restaurant was open. Free parking by the way and everything was easy to find. Trip from DK to Germany we found to long so this was perfect and they was in Berlin in early morning.
