Unfortunately the windows got wet from the inside when we closed them. In the bathroom, the insulation of the wall next to the radiator may be faulty, because the water seeped in from outside and there was a puddle. Unfortunately there was no microwave in the kitchen and no hand mixer. The extractor fan was either weak or blocked.

It was quiet and peaceful here. There was enough room for all five of us. There were comfortable armchairs. Spacious bathrooms and cleaner than most accommodations I've been in. Anyway, I can recommend the place, especially for people in transit. For 1-2 nights, it's a perfect solution.

This apartment is in the basement so the air in it, temperature and light is like in the basement. Also hosts did not speak in English, only in German and Russian, thank God we know some of it.

It says that it comes with a washer and dryer but they were full of junk.

The hosts were not very welcoming. Upon arrival, one of them banged on the window, signaling that our car was not parked correctly. Once we entered the basement, “Lidia” repeatedly said “Nur Cash” in German. Since we don’t speak German, we misunderstood this as “no cash,” and tried to pay with a card. It was only after using a translation app that we realized she was saying she only accepts cash. The entire experience felt quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. It would be helpful to clearly state on Booking.com that payment is cash-only and that only German is spoken. The accommodation itself was basic and lacked warmth. The shower had enough hot water for only two people, leaving the other two in our party without. Everything was minimalistic and felt sterile, almost like a basement dungeon. The towels and bedding seemed quite old, but for €65, I suppose it’s acceptable.

The kitchen is not very well equipped - there were very few glasses, no wine glasses or large glasses. This could be easily addressed.

This apartment is in a suburban location, attached to the owner's private house. It is very spacious and you park on the owner's drive, free of course. Its a good 10-15 minute walk into town, level walk. There is a taxi company in town and both nights we were able to get a taxi back for 7 euros. The price of the apartment is very good!

Suspicious about whether bedding was clean or not. Bin had rubbish in it already - dirty used cotton buds! Host was very unfriendly. Refused to use google translate to communicate (we only speak English). Felt very unwelcome. While we were packing up to leave he let himself in from the internal door between their living quarters upstairs to where we were staying in the basement which was uncomfortable for us.

Affordable place to stay overnight. Knew what we were getting in for based on the other reviews on this website but only needed to stay overnight.

i do not like them having access to the space while we were staying there and giving us no option to lock from our side. this didn’t feel safe. the place needs new furnishings and linens.

set in a beautiful place, would be great for back packers just looking to pass through.
