Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Staff is efficient and speaks reasonable English. There is a restaurant on the premises, serves traditional dishes and excellent German beer. Prices are correct.

Kitchen was missing the mugs, plates and cuttlery. The cleaninless was also a bit questionable.

It was really nice that the breakfast was included in the price. Rooms were spacious and typical for the Mountain resort.

The location wasn't ideal, with church bells ringing every 15 minutes and a rooster crowing early in the morning, which wasn't very comfortable (unless you're into that). Additionally, the room was quite warm as there was no air conditioning.

The room was clean, and the staff was very kind. The hotel was cozy and provided everything we needed for a one-night stay. Breakfast starts very early, which was perfect for us as we had to leave early for our road trip.

Just be careful with the shower! Use it as a hand held, don't count on the splashguard to be a full barrier.

A small, traditional guesthouse, in a quiet neighborhood. We could hear the church bells chime, but that just added to the experience. We were able to get a nice dinner there as well, which was convenient after a long day's travel. This is a simple, clean place to stay at an excellent price.

I traveled there with my family. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Of course I have read the review in advance so I knew what to expect. The room was super clean and warm - which is the most important to me, but basic and "old-fashioned". For 1 to 2 nights is more than enough. We loved the breakfast, it was normal, but a lot to choose from. The bathrooms in the lobby were also clean. The lady that worked there was nice and not intrusive. Parking was also available.

A big glass of beer and a big ashtray with a lot of smell of smoking on very entrance of the accommodation.

Great breakfast with some vegetables. Very comfortable beds. Easy to find We were in very low season, parking was not a problem but in high season check it first with the owner. Big bathroom.

It's a great stop in between traveling. The village has a nice flair and during the walk through the surroundings you might see some deer close by. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast has enough options to keep you satisfied.

Unfortunately (given by the location near the river) a lot of mosquitos, no AC and lot of mosquitos in case you open the window.

Our second stay here. Great value - very clean, comfortable room and bed, properly separate bathroom and useful little kitchenette area with a fridge. Breakfast was very good in nicely spacious dining room. Perfectly cooked eggs, hams, cheeses, jams, honey, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and excellent bread. We will be back!

Blackout curtains on windows would be nice, and maybe mosquito nets otherwise in the summer Sun wakes us up too early in our room and we also can't keep the windows open for some cooler air. When traveling outside of summer none of these are problems.

This is a charming guesthouse operated by a very nice and friendly older lady. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, there's a simple but plentiful breakfast served. It is in a very quiet place for a good night's sleep and also easily reachable from the highway. We use it as an overnight stopover when we're traveling from Switzerland to Hungary and back, but plenty of guests use it as a starting point for cycling trips and hikes too, as it is in a very nice nature area.
