We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check-in just with app, opening door of lift juat with app, opening door of appartment just with app. Pity it s not written somewhere before - it s not suitable for very old people. Despite this, everything elese was perfect.

Perfect location, in a very quiet area and close to the city. The apartment is modern and has everything needed to prepare a small meal. Many shops nearby and several transport stops. I had a problem with a toaster and they resolved it on the same day. Easy communication even via cell phone.

Amazing location, Ubahn just around the corner. Shops and cafes around. Great facilities in the apartment, comfy bed. We had everything we need. Top quality kitchenware and cookware.

The location being close to the Underground and a short walk to restaurants was very good and useful. Did have to make sure we all took our phones otherwise you can't get back into you apartment with everything being based on site codes linked to your phone/app

GermanyIn Munich, they provided me with a voucher with a value of 20 Euros to use Stasher.com for storing my luggage. The voucher was given super fast which I really appreciated. But I'm very unhappy with the Stasher.com website and will not recommend using it in Munich at least. I selected a store near the central station and used the voucher that I had received from Bob's but the owner of the store didn't accept my luggage and said he hadn't received any email, couldn't log into his email, etc. And the voucher was gone for no service. So basically, I'm super happy with Bob's apartment, just don't recommend using the Stasher for storing the luggage in Munich.
I liked everything in the room and also in the co-working space. The location was very central, lots of restaurants and cafes were reachable within walking distance. And there was great access to other parts of the city by tram and Ubahn. The Internet connection was also very good. All the kitchen facilities inside the room had very high quality. Really beyond my expectations :)

IsraelWe reserved the biggest apartment of the building and we needed a kitchen and a table to work from. One hour before we arrived, the Bob w team let us know that there is a problem with the check-in in our hotel, and we can't stay at the reserved apartment with no ETA to a solution. Instead they gave us a small room in another hotel even without a fridge. It's important to say that we had an important medicine with us that needed cooling. The bob W team didn't find us a solution, and we had to find our own. It was very disappointing.
The apartment was very big and clean, and the kitchen was very nice and had everything needed for a long stay. The restroom was big with a floor heater. Everything was easy and very modern. There was a self-cleaning equipment room that was always full, plus they cleaned the apartment once a week. The hotel stuff was helpful, and it was easy to communicate through WhatsApp support.

GermanyHonestly that’s hard to say. We got upgraded and stayed on the top floor for a very fair price. But prices can be quite high depending on the time you come.
We have been staying at BobW (former HApato) for more than 2 months. The facilities are top notch with premium, stylish furniture and equipment (Thonet chairs, Flos lamps, Motel o Mio plates etc.). Staff is very friendly / helpful, including the cleaning service.

Germany-while the cleaning was supposed to take place every 7 days, they forgot twice and I had to call the hotel team twice on the phone to remind them (they came on the 8th day then) - I did not receive an email with check-in instructions that I was supposed to receive ahead of my stay, so I had to call the hotel team on the phone so that someone could remotely open the door on the ground floor - during the rebranding process from "Hapato" to "Bob W" there was a slightly confusing email about locks being changed on the doors and the keycard functionality; when I responded to the email with a question, nobody answered me (but all turned out to be okay)
-really nice interior of the apartment, modern, very new and clean facilities -clean and modern laundry room (for a fee) -comfortable lounge/coworking area on the ground floor -staff in general was very friendly -public transport easily accessible -very good value for money for longer stays
