Unfortunately, the air-conditioning wasn't working during our stay. However, it was very nice of one of the staff members to offer us free parking as compensation.

Staff was excellent. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, but the manager allowed us to park in a different spot until something opened up the next day. Also, the staff was very accommodating, offering complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent. My son especially enjoyed the blueberry pancakes!

However, one downside of the hotel is that the rooms can feel quite small, especially for guests traveling with a lot of luggage or staying for longer periods. Additionally, during busy times, the breakfast area can become crowded, making it difficult to find seating and leading to longer waits for food replenishment.

The location is very central and situated close to the city center and public transport links, it makes exploring Nuremberg’s historic sites, shopping districts, and restaurants very convenient. Guests also appreciate the clean, modern rooms and the complimentary breakfast, which offers a good variety of options to start the day.

Breakfast provided was well-stocked, frequently replenished, and good quality and varied food, with generous hours including early start. After breakfast was finished, drinks including tea and coffee were still available through day, which was much appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

On the day we arrived was 26 degrees and therefore the room was hot overnight. No fan, no air conditioning and told that is still winter season. Car park was full( the car park is shared with Premier Inn and it's very small for 2 hotels) and had to park to another hotel , on extra costs. I think this brand can do better.

Room cleaning service is not at the level of the hotel. Knocking at 8.30 to check if there is someone inside, they woke up us and our 7 month kid. Even worst they open the door of the other room with our other 2 kids. At my complaint the cleaning room service guy didn’t really get it. It is not at his IQ level. Different at the reception, where they were desolated for this and tried to fix in any possible way. It could have been a 10 otherwise

The room was really small for what it offered. There was no room to move around after the sofa bed was open. You could barely reach to open/close the window. The bathroom had no power outlet. The TV had no option to cast any device on it. It was just plain old cable TV, which is useless unless you speak/enjoy German programmes.

Great location, close to city centre, good breakfast, decent parking. The room was clean, and there were clean towels. We rented a queen bed+ sofa room, and the sofa was already made when we arrived. The room also had an ironing board and a flat iron, electric kettle, and some tea and coffee. The hotel is close to a main street, so sometimes, during the night, you can hear ambulances/police cars even if the window is closed. The bathroom was roomy and clean, and all in all quality/price, it's worth the money.

Only two staff were serving breakfast. They could not catch up with the full breakfast hall. Many tables were dirty and we had to clean them to have space to eat. We were eating breakfast with dirty plates and cups staggered around the hall as no one was free to clean them. Pretty unpleasant experience.

We rented 2 rooms, a family room and a double room. The only problem was the sofa bed in the family room and the pillows. Super uncomfortable unfortunately. We asked the staff and they were very understanding and provided extra duvets for my daughter to lie on but still the sofa bed is horrible.

Hotel is very central, city centre can be reached on foot. The staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Breakfast was good. Room had all the facilities we expected.
