No coffee machine or kettle in the room. Had to go down to the breakfast room every morning to grab coffee and pay for it. Having a coffee machine in the room would have been much more preferable than free drinks in the minibar. The receptionists had a tendency to respond in German when I asked them questions in English. Two out of three of them did this - no idea why. On our first night there, the room door opened unexpectedly. I called the receptionist downstairs who came to the room and nicely showed me how to lock it so it wont open from the outside if someone were to try, which was very helpful. But I still don't understand how a door can just open like that.

The location was good, easy connection to the center by tram We were offered two connecting rooms instead of the family room we booked, which we appreciated since it was double the number of beds, bathrooms, tvs, etc.. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and warm

I dont think they should charge for the parking. The free parking available is sufficient.

One of the great hotel we have stayed during our last trip on the way back from Copenhagen to the Netherlands. Great breakfast and free minibar. The location is just next to the mall. Room is large and bed is comfortable.

I think that the breakfast price is too high. I paid 12 euros in the other hotel I stayed in Bremen. It would be solved if you increase the offer including more options. And also 9 euros for that parking makes no sense.

I like the fact I had no problems. And waste no time.

It definitely need renovation. I was at 1st floor, room 133, and its not as clean as it should be, bathrom needs urgent renovation, you cant close shower cabin. Does not have smart TV..

Breakfast was good, parking is very close to hotel. Its quiet and you can rest and sleap properly.

Everything was good, but if I have to make up something, maybe the room was rather warm.

The little things make this a nice place: open minibar, good hygiene products (shampoo, body wash, body lotion, all smelling great) and big rooms. Even lights were nicely thought through.

I would have liked a safe in the room.

Not central but it was close to the trams which were frequent and only a 20 minute ride to the city centre. Next to a big shopping centre and cinema. Clean, comfortable. The shower was amazing, hot and powerful. Complimentary mini bar and good wi fi. Decent breakfast. Free car park.

The location is good, not so crowd, room also clean and especially some Parking lot can be used by free.

We booked a family room and even though the staff confirmed the connecting doors were unlocked, we had to get them and wait for 15-20 minutes before they came with the right keys to open it. Dinner service in the restaurant had few options. We opted not to eat there in the end. Paid parking was next to free parking without any difference in service or security.

Nice, quiet and spacious rooms. The hotel is nicely decorated and they offer a great breakfast. Location is quiet once the nearby shopping center is closed. Fast EV chargers at the nearby AVIA station.

Just the fact that there wasn't a kettle in the room with some coffee or tea.

Our room had a view to the waterfront, very nice and peaceful. The room itself was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The access to the city center was easy, around 20 mins with a direct tram.

When you choose to pay at the property for breakfast, 22 euros (per person) is a bit expensive I think. While booking, choose breakfast included, you will save nearly 30 euros for two.😀

The hotel is great and the rooms are comfortable. All of the staff was helpful and smiling.
