Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Drunken guests woke us up at 4 am but I don't think it's something the hotel could do.
Comfortable bed, everything needed for the stay is there, windows were able to be cracked but not fully opened due to safety reasons. Breakfast was good and receptionists were very helpful and polite.

Far away from the center or a metro. You can take a bus from the hotel to a tram stop that can take you to the center or you can walk about 10 minutes to a metro station. The whole trip to the historical center takes about 30 minutes.
Clean rooms, good breakfast, staff speaks english fluently. Got free tea and coffee. Wifi connection was good. Honestly had no problem with the accomodation.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The people at the reception were incredibly warm and welcoming—thank you for the thoughtful chocolate and your kindness. Check-in and check-out were swift and hassle-free. Asking for ice and getting what was requested was spotty and apparently off putting. Television should have some English speaking channels.
Breakfast was/is an event to look forward to.

No body lotion available, not even at réception. Housekeeping knocking the door too early Shower glass protection needs to be larger, does not protect and the whole bathroom becomes wet when we sower!
À part the few negative points the rest is very good.

I don't think it was clear that it was an extra 15eur to park, this should have been more obvious in the listing. Seems quite steep for what it is, especially against the cost of the room.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was modern and clean.

The hotel corridors had smell of tobaco or something like this - not sure it is our luck, but I judje on what I had. Wifi signal was very poor in the last room on the corridor we had. Also some small things usual for 4 stars hotels were missing in the room, yet we had a battle of water for free and there is coffee maker, cattle and some teas. You may find parking around - as the hotel parking is 15 euro a day or night - which is a robery considering that you cannot get to the hotel without a car.
It is a nice chain hotel - i.e. if you are looking for some specials it is not your place, it is just for a sleep over, reasonably priced and close to the Munich Exhibition area. Yet the place is rather remote from central Munich and you need some time for walking in rather lovely neighbourhood to reach the public transport (ca 17 min to U bahn). The staff is very helpfull and positive. The room we had was good size for the hotel type and the rest is also nothing to complaint about. Extra plus and probably one extra point is breakfast - so if you book the room - take the breakfast with - well worth it. All in all - good place to stay for a short stay in Munich or if you are in MAC.

Some parts of the installation look a bit old.
Staff at breakfast, and reception was very friendly, even willing to accommodate to extra wishes. Such as providing forks for my ordered food and upgrading my room to a double room. Very nice and modern bathrooms.

For the family, the room is a little bit small.
The evening Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. He is one of the best guys I have met in European hotels. Hope the management team will give him some rewards.

The Glas divider of the shower stall is very short. It is almost impossible not to flood the bathroom while taking a shower.
