Impossible to get cold water from the tap. Also, the space doesn't really an attractive option for sitting down - a sofa and/or dining table would have been nice.

Good location, all the basics are in order, the appartment is clean.

Fridge wasn’t cold enough. Water wasn’t cold enough. Missing utensils such as a bottle opener. Water pressure in the shower was awful. Sofa bed is broken (missing screws). Cupboard under the window also broken (I have seen reviews from 2 years ago also saying this and it has still not been fixed). Missing some key information before check in but when I contacted the hosts they were very nice and helpful. Not enough pillows.

Great location, walkable from the city centre. Host was very communicative and nice.

Shower had no pressure, windows are not isolated, key system is just annoying. And i had problem returning keys, as the keybox where they asked to leave them was already full of keys and it took me 10 min to manage closing it with all the keys insude…

Big room

The window was broken and couldn't be closed so we could hear everything from the street. The key wasn't in the box, so we had to wait until the host came to let us in.

This is just 1 room apartment. So its not good for more than 2 persons. Price over quality is a bit expensive. One good thing was the location of the apartment it was 1km from the city center.

The TV is not working, it is just a decoration for the room, there are no channels at all. owner claimed that the Netflix service is working but unfortunately not working or not even available, and the owner did not make any effort to fix this situation although communicated many times, which was a disappointing point for me. Towels is not enough inside the room.

Checking in was problematic, directions were not clear to the parking. Could not get through the security door. Had to tail gate someone else exiting the building. The apartment was ok but lots of things broken, door hinges, a bedroom door, no shower head in the shower. No direction on checking out and where to leave the key. Charging 50Euro for cleaning is very unreasonable. No security catch on the Windows, they could be fully opened which is not advisable on the 10 th floor

It did get quite warm in the room without the windows wide open. Big fan provided but an aircon unit would have been better.

Please note there are no bedroom, only 2 beds in the living room (one of them is a convertible bed which is not comfortable). The flat is on a very noisy street (many sirens) and too hot (bad isolation) We reached out with the owner but he didn’t offer any thing to help. The hotel ibis next door was the same price …

The apartment was located very near to Neustadt. The most i like about apartment is it has amazing view of the city and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying there.

No heating/broken, no bowls, no microwave, no light in kitchen. Entrance is difficult to use and get into. broken knife contacted about getting replaced we got ignored. Owner wants to communicate using whatsapp and wants you to pay outside of booking.com
