We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicPrice was higher then hotel, but this is hostel with everything connected with it. I only had chance to talk with owner over phone. They dodnt speak english and I never got my invoice for accomodation, not even after 3 reminders. Room was ok, but cold and you are basically next to other flatmates who are loud, cooking with open doors.. I had business trip with dormitory experience.

RomaniaI have a very long list of inconveniences who led to a general dissatisfaction. Summarizing, I believe the ”hotel” needs significant repairs for everything (e.g. the bathroom, the furniture in the room, electrical appliances). Also, the hospitality services have to be improved. It is a must in my opinion.
The location is acceptable - close to the railway station, bus station. Good restaurants nearby. The heating system is working properly, despite the big volume of the room.

AustraliaThis is NOT a HOTEL as rooms are inside flats. No reception, Staff is unable to speak German or English. Why is Booking.com advertising this place as a hotel when it is not? We didn't stay there for a minute; we booked a place elsewhere and enjoyed our stay in a nearby hotel.

TurkeyThere's no reception. I waited for an hour. We said two separate beds in the room, but they turned out to be adjacent. No toilet paper. The rooms are not cleaned. And I paid 250 euros for 2 nights.
We were literally shocked. When we came to the building, there were no reception staff, we waited for exactly 1 hour. Those who enter the building enter and exit with their keys, this is not a hotel but a pension. I didn't have breakfast and I'm glad I didn't, I don't even want to describe the environment. I specifically search for a hotel as a facility on Booking. This is definitely not a hotel. It's a waste of money, give 50 euros more and stay somewhere else. There is no cleanliness. There is not even toilet paper in the bathroom. I chose the beds separately, but when I went to the room, they separated the single bed and that big bed in front of our eyes and offered us a separate bed. Frankly, brni surprised us for the first time on booking, offering us such a facility as a hotel.
