We loved everything about the property.

To have a cup of tea I had to buy it from the restaurant and carry it up to my room - inconvenient and expensive. A kettle in the room would be much better.

Stairs leading up to the property. A ramp would make lugging heavy suitcases so much easier. Lucky I had a man nearby see me struggle and came to help. No iron!

It was a hot day and although there was a thermostat on the wall which indicated there was air conditioning, it didn't seem to turn on any air conditioning - and there were no instructrions with it. I left the window open all night slightly but it was still pretty hot. To be fair, I didn't ask at reception if there was air conditioning and how to work it.

The airport shuttle was on time and leaves every half hour 24 hours. Check in was smooth and quick. The hotel is really modern and the room was lovely - modern and refurbished to a good standard. The nicest hotel room I've been in for a long time.

a shuttle was coming not on time and also living slightly later, but in general it was a nice host with the clean facility and very quite room. There could be more explanation how to find a hotel reception from the shuttle with the arrows to avoid going up in the car garage.

Wasn’t impressed with the robot server! Took time to get my incorrect main meal replaced!

Quality establishment! Beautiful decor! Sufficiently close to Frankfurt Airport to provide frequent free shuttle, but without the high room rate associated with Airport hotels in the area! Restaurant attached providing evening meals and breakfast.

Very relaxing calm hotel with amazing green view out of the window. Loved to rest and enjoy the sunset and bird songs in front of the window after hectic day and before our next trip. Wish we have checked in sooner! Very clean, great room for three people, fresh, no smells, no noise. The shuttle service was very convenient.

Good breakfast and I loved the robot wine delivery in the dining room. It was a bit challenging to find the bus pickup location, better directions would be helpful, and it's a short walk from the drop off to the hotel so beware if you have heavy luggage.

The parking could have been free, but luckily we found a free parking spot 500m from the hotel.

Very clean and very quiet place. Everything was brand new. The room and bathroom both were really nice. Nice that check-in times are flexible. We checked in around 1:00 AM.

Perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle to/from airport is a big plus. It is located at the left end of the arrival A building, turn left at the end and look for the clinic. Stop directly in front of clinic. In case anyone is looking for it took us a while to find.

It was a bit tricky to find the shuttle station at the airport, and there could be more hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We stayed for one night before our flight and one night after. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
