The Wi-Fi in our corner room was very weak.

We chose it for its proximity to the Stadthalle where there was a concert. The Stadthalle can be reached by foot. The room was spacious, the bathroom good and clean, this is all we needed for one night-stay.

Our room was in the next building which was sometimes inconvinient when we had to keep on going to reception. Also they werent aware that we had booked for 3 people and argued with me a little bit until i had shown proof.

I liked the outside design of the Hotel. It looked like a castle and you cannot miss it by miles

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also no facility for a coffee or tea once the restaurant was closed. Bar closed early.

Water floods the toilet area when showering. Restaurant staff clearing the buffet/coffee machine already by 10 am on Saturday and clearing the tables despite the fact that two of us were still habing their brealfast and that brealfast goes till 10:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Coffee and water in the room not added on the second day. Breakast quite pricey.

Parking for payment, but found a free street parking which was full everywhere around the hotel at laye evening arrival. No aircon in the room. Reception only explained entry to hotel through car park which was strange to enter on foot.

The room key did not work, need to call reception to fix it. It seems that this happens a lot, the receptionist is not surprised. We need to walk fairly long distance to get the key fixed. The parking is a bit expensive and relatively puzzled to get everything right the first time.

The room is very good, clean and cozy, in good condition! The staff are friendly and nice. This is my second time staying here, feels nice and comfortable.

The entrance to the parking lot is a little confusing as is the layout of the hotel, where the elevator of the parking lot is not the same as the elevator that goes to some of the rooms, so is easy to get lost.

Clean rooms and enough space. The breakfast was good and the hotel is located besides a market and a restaurant, which was pratical.

The shower and bathroom was very modern, bed was comfortable and I love the plan and layout of the room. My room had a small balcony and large window for natural lighting and fresh air. I was very impressed. The staff are professional and chill. They called me a taxi upon request and I like that the reception is available 24/7. The surrounding area is also lovely for a walk. I really like that this hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Would recommend
