Can't mention anything. Maybe that we could not have tried the Villa's dinner, because it was closed recently.

We enjoyed the stay here. The room was comfy, the bed was a little bit soft, but not a huge problem. The staff was exceptionally nice and we felt like we are important guests. The villa itself is located in a very nice place, just by the lake and restaurants are just nearby. Parking is well suited, always had space in the parking garage. The breakfast is amazing, everything are fresh. Only we had to get used to the table service system, instead of buffet. Waitresses were nice too.

We were warmly welcomed by Konstance, which set the tone for our one-night stay. She was very informative, friendly, and made us feel like she was hosting us in a home she was very proud of. The room was perfect with a sea view, and the private access to the lake via a changing room felt special. The rooms were a bit warm at night. But it soon cooled with the windows open.

A beautifully stylish hotel in lovely position next to the small harbour. The breakfast was very good each day and the staff couldn’t do enough. Constance at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The Bodensee Card was very useful to explore the west lake region. We shall return!

Serine location with an incredible view of the Bodensee. The room was extremely spacious, luxurious, and not left wanting in any way. The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and having secure underground parking is a good bonus. The hotel is located within a few meters of the Bodensee itself, good restaurants, as well as some great hiking trails where you can see some ancient ruins.

We stayed with our toddler, we got a nice baby cot, very comfy. In the restaurant there are baby chairs and he even got small cutlery! There was only one photo of the room so we weren't sure what to expect of it and the room was exceptional! Very big, lovely view of the lake.

Room was very hot - no air conditioning but we were only staying one night so not a major issue.

Staff were extremely hospitable. Location beautiful. Complimentary evening boat trip included. Breakfast was delicious. Good underground car park.

We arrived at 6 pm and the sauna area was closed! This is why I booked this property. I was very sad by this! The hotel front desk person was wanting to go home for the day.

We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open when we were there, but we were there before the summer season and the staff members directed us to other good restaurants.

The hotel was lovely! We had a room with a lake view, which was beautiful. The staff was great - so helpful. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the lake was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We didn't like the fact that during check-in we were not informed that we need to pay for parking. There were a plenty of space in front of the hotel to park, particularly it was a low season and no many cars were there. But the receptionists insisted that we use the hotel parking without mentioning that we must pay for that.

We mostly liked everything, location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast, view. The park along Bodensee is beautiful and the views of the lake is fantastic. There is a very good Spanish restaurant 800 m away along the lake.

The breakfast service was ok, but room for improvement with the morning staff, attention to detail and lack of interest from some. But we couldn't fault the overall experience.

The evening meal was perfect. A brilliant selection of food, well prepared and local produce. The staff and attention to detail was excellent for the evening meal and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
