Breakfast was ok but for the price it could be better. Additionally there should be more persons in the staff or with better attention to important basic features such as availability of dishes, beverages and other items running out.

Very well locate in Dortmund close to the city center, theater and main city attractions. Parking place was very easy to access and use. The rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

The room didn't have a fridge.

Bed was really comfy, pillows weren't great. The location was great, close to the U-bahn, and the HBF. A good choice of food nearby, a couple supermarkets and the main shops area has lots to offer.

The heat was turned on and no possibility to stop. Slept with window open. Excellent breakfast, good location. Very comfortable room and facilities. High recommended.

The water came out to the floor after showering. It’s better to improve the door of the bathroom to prevent the water coming out to the floor.

We paid for late checkout, yet on the day we were leaving, cleaning staff entered the room 3 times without knocking. That was annoying. Also, the pillows were some of the worst i've encountered.

It didn’t looked like on the picture, we actually wanted the older looking rooms from the picture, when we wanted to change we also just got a bigger modern room not the older looking ones, and they didn’t offer toothbrushes

Negative Points: • Unfortunately, the staff’s lack of respect left a bad impression. During my stay, they were replacing the carpet in the hallways, which I understood would come with some noise and inconvenience. However, the issue was not the noise but the complete disregard for privacy. • Workers entered my room unannounced without knocking or even checking if it was a suitable moment. They also did not apologize for the intrusion, which made the experience feel invasive and uncomfortable. • While renovations are sometimes necessary, the poor communication and lack of professionalism in handling the situation were unacceptable. Overall, while the hotel offers great rooms and a comfortable stay, the disrespectful behavior of the staff during renovations needs urgent improvement. Until then, I would not recommend it for guests who value privacy and professionalism.

The breakfast room is far too crowded. The tables are so close together that it is near impossible to sit down if there's someone behind you. The breakfast was good but simply not enough room for the number of guests. The artwork hanging in the rooms certainly fits the name as unique. Personally not my taste. I've stayed now 2x here both rooms had disturbing "artwork".

Room was comfortable. And location ideal for Public transportation to Messe. Comfortable beds with many pillows.

The lighting in the room was warm and inviting. I especially liked the reading lamp near the armchair, where I spent most evenings unwinding with a book.

I really liked the soft lighting in the hallway; it gave the place a cozy feel. Also, the elevator was clean and didn’t have that old building smell.
