initially we were checked in a room which smelled really bad - like malfunctioning piping or something. Had to request a switch, but then we were given a room with a much worse view.

Driving in the QParking was not working and the hotel can not help if you are have trouble. Breakfast is a little expensive for a person like me, who can not eat so much in the morning. Small alternative would be nice.

It was directly at the new market and in the center. And the room is spacious and comfortable. The communication was great in for hand. We had a dog with us and she got a bed and bowl. I would come back for sure.

The location right on the old town square was fantastic, the markets were right there, easy to walk everywhere, the tram was close the chopping centre well located, and many wonderful historic sites located so close buy, the rooftop bar offered a lovely view of the churches at night.

I find it odd, that there is no complimentary coffee or tea in the room, no coffee machine or kettle. If you want tea you should purchase access separately for the lounge area. Breakfast was fine, except for the sweet stuff we ordered from the menu, the pancakes seemed to be a couple of days old.

The location was just perfect, exactly on the main square, but still quiet. The hotel didn't have its own parking lot, but local QPark had a separate entrance directly to the hotel elevator and stairs, which was extremely comfortable. The room was quite spacious, light and very quiet, neat and tidy.

Towel bar not functional. Some lights were out. Lack of internet capabilities on TV. We wish there had been USB charging capabilities in the room. And coffee in the room.

Large modern room. It is very convenient to the Christmas markets right out the front door and many historical buildings and sites. The staff was incredible and met our every need with grace and concern. The blackout curtains were welcomed, and the hot, powerful shower and comfortable bed was needed to help us get back to full health. BEST bed of our trip so far. It was a very quiet location at night.

The hotel is NOT a five star hotel. I was in room 604. It has stains on sofa and curtains, crumbs in the chest od drawers, definetely not clean enough.

We weren’t able to get the temperature just right in our room. Also, I prefer a more private bathroom. The bathroom had glass doors with holes, and the doors didn’t close all the way or lock.

The location and the breakfast were both good. There was a Christmas Market right out front. The staff were friendly and helpful.

How many perfumed people floated around in the place. Not the Hotel’s fault, but if you have allergies it’s a chore. Also, the breakfast buffet was not good enough for a person with celiac disease. The buns they delivered were despicable form of a ball of dough. I couldn’t eat it and I paid €25 for very little I could eat. Overall a great buffet, but not for people with multiple allergies and celiac disease.

Very accessible and right in the midst of things- except during Christmas market Season. Taxis can’t come to the door, but the market is right outside the front door. A perk. The rooms are massively big for Europe and super clean. Even have a bidet in the bathroom. Our room had a bathtub. Very posh. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

If my memory is right, there were no ironing facilities and coffee/tea available in the room. TV channels were all in German, no international channels nor even one English channel.

Awesome location, right next to the Christmas market in the square. The room was also very spacious, one of the biggest hotel rooms I have seen.
