We did not mind this at all, but the walls are not thick so it can be a bit noisy depending on your neighbors :) Again, this is not something negative for us, just noting in case others are more sensitive :)

The apartment was very spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds too. It is not far from the center and there is a gas station 50m away in case you need to buy something:) There are several apartments in the same property, the complex has a laid back atmosphere with many families or groups looking for accomodation for a great value. Cars can be parked easily within the compound too.

Not always enough supplies. Wouldve like more cleaning supplies. We only got 1 kitchen towel to dry and 1 to clean for 4 days. Also didnt have enough toilet paper but we send a message to the owner and she hung some at our door!

Very cozy and cute decorations. - owner is exceptionally nice. She said goodmorning/hi every day when we walked by her house and helped out when needed - best beds ive had in a hotel/appartment so far - everyone gets 2 shower towels per person - showers had good pressure

The rooms could have been cleaner. We didn't have towels, handwash soap, or toilet paper rolls when we checked in, but the host provided them soon after we told her.

Located very near the train station, just a 10-minute walk. The room was big for 3 people and the neighborhood was quiet and had no disturbance. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host was easily reachable via phone/SMS for questions regarding keys or other facilities. Good for a few days' stay.

The place is the best for money, and very nice location in Schwerin. Its in walking range of city centre, and nice people at the apartment complex. We will probably come back next time we visit :)

The bedsheets and pillow cases smelled of tobacco, the floor had a lot of dust, and I am allergic, so overall was a bit difficult for me to get some quality sleep. Apart from that, other aspects of the apartment were okay.

Floor tiles were really dirty, got black feet from walking around in the apartment, even though it has a 38€ cleaning fee. There was also old dust on panels. Stairway leading down to the apartment had an unpleasant smell.

It was hot, but according to the wife, the cars on the road were too loud to sleep with the windows open. The shower smelled like it hadn't been used recently, but letting it run a bit solved it.

Relaxed, could check in earlier than expected. We were coming from somewhere east of Schwerin but had to checkout there at 10, so we were 2 hours before the check-in window. This didn't prove to be a problem. The city was at walking distance. The facilities in the room were as expected, coffeemaker with filters present, cooker, toaster and a small 2 put stove. Everything was clean and there were towels, soap, also for the dishes.

Was a bit far from the center (around 10 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the city center) There is no oven in the kitchen so be careful before buying tons fo frozen pizza =)

The room was very spacious, it had also a living room and a kitchen, also the bathroom was quite nice. The beds were quite comfortable. The check in was super quick. The location was very quiet perfect for families.

It is more of a hotel room than apartment. Limited self-catering equipment. The major dislike is the single electric point above the hotplates. The opportunity of burning cables is not good. With the ventilation vents for the fridge too close to the sink too I would suggest the layout could be changed. The kitchen cupboard doors also fell off.

A comfortable room with great beds and a good bathroom with a powerful shower. Quiet despite a busy road and close enough to the station which avoids negotiating busy streets with luggage. Frau Ehlichmann on site was friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the decor perhaps are a bit old-fashioned, however, the apartment felt cosy and spacious (we stayed in the one called Frank) with a kitchen area, desk, table to eat and even a coffee table. It was easy to park and we could walk to the town centre within 15 mins. The staff were very nice and accomodated our request for late arrival, which was much appreciated.

The property is an old building which probably needs a bit of rennivation. The bed and the pillow was really uncomfortable . We almost couldn't sleep both nights properly ..same with the blankets - we're really small. The property is not really in the center..one needs to walk around 15-20 mins to reach the center.. Not really the value for money
