Quite simple place but most importantly the e-car charger that was promised on the website turned out to be ridiculous. That was a real bummer because it was a main reason for me to choose this hotel.

It was not as silent as I would have liked.

Good location, spacious room that could take 3 persons although we were only 2, clean, comfortable large bed.

The restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday's and there are limited eating options in the town. It would be great to know this is in advance. Check in was a bit strange, even though our room was available at 14:00, we were asked to wait till 15:00 to check in, eventually they agreed we could have our room.

The location was good, lots of parking. The room was great and super clean. Gym and spa area were excellent. We had a take away breakfast, was very good.

The bar should have been open until 0100 am. But when we came in on Saturday around midnight, the doors were already closed. Very disappointing!

The room was spacious and quiet even though it was facing the main road. There's a lot of space in the bathroom too. The spa area was alright. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricey but delicious. Staffs were friendly. Parking was easy.

Very small thin duvet, it appeared to be smaller than a single size on a king size bed, I was cold at night. There was no restaurant in the middle of the day, only breakfast and an evening meal, the evening meal was very limited,

I had booked two rooms as we were travelling as a group, but we got then rooms on different floors. Receptionist at checkin was also not open to change this. Also regarding other questions (taxi, transportation ...) not really service oriented. Only one of the 2 rooms had a refrigerator - unclear why. No air-conditioning - although we kept window open over night, room got very warm (Ok, it was summer.)

Staff in the bar very attentive and nice, full service mentality. Nice park just opposite to the hotel. Nice balcony and terrace and garden. Unfortunately no time to use the SPA, but there is one. Our room (3rd floor) as nice - especially the bathroom was well equipped and practical.

the pictures on booking are photoshopped (look at the chair and the backdrop closely). in reality the room was outdated (by the looks of it around 20 year old interior)

Despite the fact that we had confirmation from Booking.com, our reservation was not in the system of hotel. Hotel had no free rooms so they send us to other place 40 km far away from original adress and due to that we missed concert of Bruce Springsteen. There was no support from Booking.com we were waiting on the line for 25 minutes without any feedback. Great point was done afterwards, that nobody - Hotel or Booking give us any compensation for these troubles.

After you check in we find the hotel don't have any air conditioning, only one fan. The room looks very old no suitable for 4 star hotel. We ask for a refund for the 4 nights we paid and they agreed to refund us only 3 after 2 hours we checked in.
