Our room had a connecting door (locked) to another room which meant we could hear everything going on in the other room. Late at night they were noisy so sleeping proved difficult and privacy felt lacking.

I was especially surprised at how spacious were the room and the bathroom. Location was also very convenient, metro stop is on the next street, we walked everywhere, Alexanderplatz is just a 7 minute walk away.

We came during a Berlin holiday and another of things were closed or limited. Dining was a challenge.

The location and availability to get transportation. Hotel was 15 minute walk from the museum district and availability to get the hop on/off busses.

This was for sure one of the best stays I’ve had. Facilities were clean and nice. A lot of natural light in the room. Beautiful bathroom and such a comfortable bed. Access to sauna which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use but definitely when we go back. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. All 5 stars.

Rooms not routinely serviced, you have to request this daily which was tedious especially when there was a queue. Iron was also falling apart, although they did replace this on request

The bar area could be more welcoming but there are so many places to go it didn’t matter at all

Beautifully clean room and en suite in a great location. We could walk easily to the main tourist sites and galleries and had a wonderful stay in Berlin. The staff were always so pleasant and helpful. We didn’t use the bar but the breakfast was excellent, a great selection in a pleasant area.

The only downside was the curtains — they’re quite thin and don’t block out much sunlight, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the Museum Island, which was the highlight of our trip to Berlin. If you’re planning to explore the museums, this is the perfect base. The hotel staffs were all super nice, receptionists were friendly and professional. Our room was comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a day out. There are supermarkets nearby, and an underground station right next to the hotel, so getting around was really convenient. Definitely recommend!

It was very hot, the air conditioning didn't do much at all, which made a few nights very uncomfortable. The bathroom set up with just sliding perspex doors which didn't shut completely was also disappointing, felt that there was very little privacy and did impact on our trip. The rooms lighting also wasn't great either, on a night it was difficult to get decent light even with the lamp.

Staff were lovely as was the location, and good sized twin beds. It was also clean.

The decor is a little odd, given that its theme is Wall Street.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have small treats in the afternoon when we returned from the day. It was also close to an underground stop.
