Excelent location. Lots of tourist attaction and services in a convenient walking distance. Staff was very cordial and prepared all the time. We stayed during blackout in barcelona and got all the support needed for our comfort. Bedroom was very comfortable

Bathroom configuration was awkward, limited closet hanging space. Uncomfortable breakfast room chairs.

Everything met our expectations. Very clean, quiet room, with large, private, outdoor patio. Excellent breakfast buffet at reasonable extra charge. Walking distance to many cultural sites and close to several metro stations. Good restaurant neighborhood. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Location, comfort, staff, breakfast, views…. Everything worked flawlessly from check in to check out. Worth mentioning the amazing views to Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo. Can’t wait to come back!!

The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room properly; we often had to open the windows to get some cool fresh air. Staff could be more attentive — for example, when we asked about laundry on a Sunday, we were just told it wasn’t available, with no alternative offered. We were not informed about the city tax in advance — it was only mentioned at checkout, unlike in other hotels where we were notified beforehand.

Nice and comfy hotel with a very good location — close to everything we needed. The staff was helpful in allowing us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere.

Everything was perfect! Location near to everything, 5 minutes to metro and gaudi houses, 15 minutes to Sagrada familia. Hotel was perfect, room very big and comfortable, lots of nice details that makes you feel welcomed. Pretty good breakfast, enough space and food. Room is really quiet, you don’t hear anything at night and bed is big, you can have nice rest.

The room was in a good spot, but we could hear all the outside noise. The balcony door was loose and needed fixing, which probably made it worse.

It's a perfect location to walk around. Close to everything. Staff are friendly and speak english.

Didn't expect it to be warm in the bedroom. As it was the start of spring, the air-conditioning wasn't set yet to work.

Room was comfortable. Location was nice as I was able to walk to most places I wanted to explore. Bonus for me was I found a nearby bookstore.

This is true - don't understand the man who created such door in toilet (toilet and shower are separated). If you still believe that princesses are not farting/pissing - you will be a bit disappointed :) But this is smth local staff can't change.

Everything was wonderful! Our room # was 309. The window overlook backyard - super quiet! General location is perfect - just 10min walk to metro station and 15min walk to Sagrada. The same time to Placa Catalunya. I'm a bit in shock from people who was not satisfied by breakfast (it could be better). Guys, c'mon! I had better breakfast just in 5* in TLV or in ALL Incl in Egypt (many years ago!). Very clean room, new furniture, hot water. Didn't hear neighbors. Please remember you will be charged additionally during check out - city tax (~37Eu per 3night). 21-24.03.2025

Buffer breakfast is so so , we only ate once. There’s not that much of selection.

Close to almost all the attractions walking distance to metro thr bus. Room is spacious , daily room service and we’re on the top floor where we had a gorgeous view of the b city.

The main negative was the lack of privacy of the bathroom. There was no proper door—only a closure with gaps on the side and largely open at the top. What were they thinking? This would be a fine situation when traveling alone, but not as a couple.

Location was excellent in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Room was comfortable with good bed, linens and pillows. Breakfast buffet had numerous choices.

Nothing to complain about!

The hotel is amazing! It’s close to many tourist attractions (Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila), it’s close to stores and restaurants, it’s in incredibly beautiful neighbourhood Eixample, that is also very safe, and it’s a few minutes away from the bus station and the metro. The room was very spacious and clean, it had everything you may need and the staff was very attentive. It was absolutely worth it and I will definitely visit again!
