I was day four days, and it rain all the time. There was no restaurant open at the hotel, and nothing really was open. for a holiday destination it was not nice not to be able to have access to real food. also, the rooms dont have a tea or coffee facilities, so since it was raining four days, this was not nice.

I really like the location, and the friendliness of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel . It was a pity that due to staffing shortages ,reception was only manned for a límited time each day. Hoewever all the staff were superb -reception, restaurant and cleaners and always willing to help.

The service was very good. Ms. Elsa was very nice, she was in touch from the moment we booked the room until check out. Location is pretty good, across the street is the sea, also in a 3-minute walk away is a beautiful trail with incredible views.

The facilities were not as described as, although I understand why, no evening meals available and so the holiday had to be self catering, which was not wanted as no restaurants open locally.

Room door is quite thin and without sealing. It wasn't that big problem now due low season, but busier time for sure due all of the noises can be heard from the aisle

No significant remarks to mention. We could just recommend introducing some vegetables in the breakfast menu, as that was the only thing we were missing.

We booked a room with sea view and pool view. Initially we were allocated a corner room which did not have a direct sea view from the room itself, only from the balcony and did not meet our expectations. The hotel staff was nice and helpful to change our room as from the second day to a room with direct see view, as requested. The new room was corresponding to the pictures based on which we made reservation. It was large enough and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. For travelers who are looking for a tranquille holiday, the destination is perfect, as the area is peaceful, with many picturesque spots. There are sufficient restaurants in proximity, so you don’t feel cut from the civilisation. The availability of parking spots and the closeness to the beach make the stay very convenient. Overall it was a good value for money, we fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place.

We payed extra for a sea view , When we entered the room , the curtains were on the floor. The hotel gave us a drink whist putting it together. There is one coffee pod for the whole 2 week stay ? no milk.

The hotel location is on the cove end of the beach, excellent. the staff were really friendly. The breakfast is good.

While the food choices were good kudos to the chefs, I found the wait staff to be not great. A couple of the employees were excellent very polite and friendly but the other half unfortunately were not. One morning in particular 2 female staff members were on, they gave me the food choices to mark on the paper, we were having lunch rather than dinner that day so I asked were the menus the same for lunch and dinner, neither understood me as they couldn't speak English and I can't speak Spanish, I tried to explain but they couldn't understand me, no problem with that, I sat down to get my phone so I could type out what I was saying, both stared down at me talking and gesturing and then next thing I know they went and got the guy from reception to explain the process to me, which was completely unessessary and made me feel uncomfortable in the dining hall, the issue wasnt that I didnt understand about ordering, the issue was my question about the menus which I would have typed in to google translate given half a chance. Both of those staff members continued to ignore myself and my partner for the rest of the week, all while being friendly to tables around us, not even bothering to say hello. I found this to be very unprofessional and quite frankly immature. One other thing is how quickly the courses come out, you have barely finished the starter and the main meal is brought, there was a rushed feel to both lunch an dinner.

Excellent location, beautiful beach directly across the road from the hotel. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. Good food choices. Very clean hotel. Nice rooftop area.

The pool is directly in front of the cafe/restaurant. Breakfast was included (good thing because there’s nothing nearby) but very dull, boring. Coffee wasn’t very good so I ordered it from the cafeteria and that was excellent. The bacon was undercooked and lumped together as if it was dumped straight from the package, onto a tray and stuck in the oven. Absolutely no variety in the egg section. Hard boiled eggs and some sort of “tortilla” every day. We stayed for a week so no fun.

there isn't really a 'normal door' to the toilet, and there were no curtains in the bathroom so a little lack of privacy cause the guests of the hotel next door can look straight in your bathroom
