The air-conditioning was broken, stuck on cold the whole time which meant at night it was very cold and uncomfortable. Two attempts were made to reach out to the management, but nothing was done. We did have a flickering bathroom light, and the shower gel provided was very difficult to get anything out of it.

The apartment itself is very lovely and clean. The perfect modern studio. Everything we needed was provided.

The appartment is dark and lacks ventilation in the bathroom. The mattress for the sofa bed was a bit thin.

Right next to beach and bars, close to bus stops too to get into Barcelona. Just right size for stay.

Apartment 8: location of windows is very high so not really windows to open and see anything, also because the view is just the roof. The balcony faces a wall, so no view neither. The bathroom is located between the bedroom and the living room with transparent door so not a lot of privacy. For 2 people short stay it is ok but for a family not!

Some tiny details like sofa mattress was covered with body fluid stains. There was a dust on the shelves and dirt in the bathroom corners. No replacement of the towels and toilet paper.

The apartment was modern and stylish, as pictured, location was great. Also, electronic locks were pretty cool - we didn’t even use the key, very convenient. Location was also amazing- few steps away from the bus stop, grocery stores,restaurants and the beach. At the end when we checked out and had 5 hours before our flight, we used the luggage storage at the property, so we were worry free about our bags and spent this time on the beach!

The toilets it’s a big deal - there is no door to the toilet and bathroom . It made quite uncomfortable to use . We all struggled to use bathroom to as literally there is no door - imagine using this overnight . Also would be greater if we would have more pillows and mattress for sofa bed . Sleeping in the living room wasn’t comfortable .

Great Location . Cozy apartment next to beach. Half hour ride by train to Barcelona city center (same zone so jump card with zone 1 works). Clean apartmemt with all basic facilities.Care lady (Bea) was very freindly and always available for help/ Queries on phone/whatsapp.
