Location is almost perfect, it is however facing the street garbage bins. You can constantly hear people throwing garbage and the garbage nightly collection can be loud. The blinds in the bedroom do not provide complete privacy at night.

The smell of amoniac in the building. The sofa in the living room was not the best for sleeping. Some of the facilities need a touch-up: one almost broken chair, the button of the toilet sometimes remains blocked and flushes continuously, the handler to the balcony in the living room needs to be changed, the towel dryer in the bathroom is very rusty, the silicon of the underside of the door in the bathroom needs a deep cleaning, but none of this impacted our stay somehow, just saying so the apartment can improve, but we would definitely repeat when back.

The location is great, with good communication and indications, easy access, and there were some of the necessary amenities. Good size of the room. Perfect for a short stay.

Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. Surprisingly still quiet at night. Great balcony.

The property was exceptional. It's in a great location and is equipped with everything you need. It's clean and tidy and provided with everything you need. The only tiny small thing I would say wasn't comfortable was the bed pillows. Very hard for me, however that's a personal preference. I would highly recommend this property 😀

This is in a great location. Super central easy walks to anywhere in San Sebastián. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped, didn’t make more than cup of tea , you don’t come to San Sebastián to eat in. Bed very comfortable & great shower. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Its a residential apartment with shared court-yard. There was some renovation - some light construction noise in the am. Above apartment lights would cast some light into one of bedrooms at night - but it was not really too intrusive. Soap or shampoo dispenser in one of the small showers was not available (prior guest must have broken it). I'm just not used to the laundry machine - but fortunately there was an air-dryer rack in the apartment that I used as well. Very helpful to have the amenities provided overall.

The instructions in PDF was very clear to understand. However entering the lockbox code was a bit confusing as there were two lock boxes for the apartment. But I didn't stress too much as it was handled quickly. Very important to NOT leave keys in the inside door as that did prevent access (which we utilized to ensure only we had access). Doors were heavy and secured so it was good to know. Check out procedure was simple- leave the keys in the apartment. The laundry was very helpful as it allowed us to pack light. Beds were very comfortable - lots of storage space for clothing etc. Large apartment good for a long stay.

Some things need maintenance. Dripping radiator, rusty radiator inside shower was strange. Bathroom a bit small. Chairs in living room weren’t that comfortable but these are all small details which didn’t detract from our overall stay. Sent an email after checking in re a small issue and didn’t get a reply… made me a bit concerned about communication if there was a bigger issue.

Location was outstanding. Bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay.

the address on the booking.com ad (and the name of the accommodation) is different ...like on a cross-street and it was really difficult to find. the entrance is not on San Marcial and while the host sent details and advised on this it was not easy to locate even once you got in the door and up the lift. the quality of the Wi-Fi was not good and did not improve the entire stay. We actually had better luck using the wifi connected to a nearby shop than the Wi-Fi for the accommodation. This was frustrating and disappointing.

The apartment is in a beautiful building right in the middle of the city. It's in a great location and the apartment itself was very comfortable.

The only downside which didn’t bother us was that apartment has no parking, you have to park in a nearby garage at 29€ per day.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Donosti. Comfortable apartment and bed! Walkable everywhere, close to restaurants and shopping, very safe and quiet. Apartment had everything necessary for our stay.
