The fact that you need to stop by their office to pay a deposit before collecting the keys. Although not far away, it's unpleasant to move around with all luggages. It would have been nice if they would offer an option to hold luggages for their guests.

One bathroom had a bad odor - it smelled like a drain. Two of the three rooms have no windows to open.

After the baby crib was forgotten, we got a baby crib delivered immediately after calling (it was 8pm in the evening). Everything was uncomplicated, the apartment was clean and in a perfect location. We would like to emphasize that we forgot our daughter's cuddly toy, they contacted us immediately and sent us the cuddly toy - what a lovely gesture.

Our stay in Barcelona was made even better by this spacious and comfortable apartment located near the iconic Sagrada Família. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which we found to be a great balance between accessibility and a more relaxed neighborhood vibe. The apartment itself was very clean, large, and extremely comfortable—perfect for a group or family. It featured two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for preparing light meals, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. The neighborhood had everything we needed: bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and easy access to public transport, including both bus and metro stations nearby. The price was very reasonable for the time of our visit—excellent value for money, especially in a city as generally expensive as Barcelona. I would definitely choose this place again on a future trip, as long as the price remains similar.

Two bedrooms out of three has no windows to fresh air, only to the staircase or the light tunel, so you can not let fresh air in the rooms. The bathrooms had sewer smell, which was caused maybe because of the rainy weather, we also felt in the streets sometimes.

It is a nice appartment with a lot of space and nice enterior. It has two badrooms. It has a very good location as well.

great location near sagrada familia and other sightseeings. shops,metro etc nearby. after checkout we can leave our luggage in the office near the apartment. balcony was on noisy street,but there are perfect windows,you can sleep very well with out disturbing.

The staff at the office is not very friendly, and the part that we had to walk to the office to pay the deposit. I got unfriendly msgs when asked questions about terms, especially part of leaving apartment clean, at the same time when cleaning fee is included in rate

Apartament is very specious, clean, and with perfect location. We got also our tiny garden, which was awesome. Well equipped, two bathrooms helped a lot!

Deposit 300 eur is extremely high - I had to go to the office (10 minutes in one way) and pay by credit card. The Company has 7 days after arrival to give it back. I was informed about it but still this is not convinient… Before arrival you need to click in the link and pay. For the security reason, Company should find another way to pay… this seems quite risky from payer perspective

Great location! Clean and huge apartment (very good equipped). You should entrance the tarrase on the top of the building - amazing view! Key you can find in the key box so check-in is simple. Recommended for families.

Second bedroom rather small and had a window onto the staircase which meant it could be noisy; perhaps better to board that over?

The main bedroom and lounge were spectacular. Very good that all the little things like washing up liquid, salt, dishwasher tablets, etc were provided, and even a coffee machine. Very clean. Aircon worked well. Lovely decor and lots of space. Great location for visiting the city.
