Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Disappointed with my appartment thought I had booked one on the first floor Rceptionist promised to move me to another appartment after five days but it was not suitable She seemed to lose interest after that Sunbeds right beside showers so couldn't shower going in or out of the pool Prices up 50% from April 2024

Everything about Broncemar was great, if only they could lift it up and put it in Corralejo.
The hotel is brilliant. Clean, spacious appartments and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful We went room only so can't comment on the food, but it appeared to be good quality

I didn't know how to work the cooker or the phone but staff-members kindly explained them to me. It would be good to have a brochure or leaflet in English and other main languages to make it easier for people. The water in the pool could have been a little warmer. Otherwise a very enjoable experience.
Spacious apartment in quiet area with good facilities. Very modern and comfortable.

Bigger than expected complex...sun loungers very close to each other..not a lot of space around the pools for the number of people staying. While there were other access points around the apartment complex they were always locked..could have had a fob system to allow residents access.
Location good. Apartment clean Beds comfortable. Staff lovely ..self catering so didn't use restaurant facilities. Shop had a good selection of basic foods etc.. .

I was disappointed that the heated pool didn’t seem to be heated. In previous years it’s certainly been warmer. All of my ratings would have been excellent if it wasn’t for this.
Having stayed here before I already knew that it was an excellent hotel. It always feels very safe and secure with my family and son and the location is excellent both in proximity to the airport and the town.

Walls in out apartment were flaking so I wish we asked for one in a better location nearer to the pool.
Very handy for everything. Shower was brilliant and apartment had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was lovely and we had a lovely breakfast on last day. We chose to eat out instead of all inclusive but food did look lovely! Maid service was offered every day!

The Wi-Fi was not very good, not possible to stream/watch a film on tablet.

They do not cater for people who are Gluten Free. When approached about this they were very indifferent and did not offer to do anything.
