I thought it was a wonderful hotel.

The Hotel was in the center of the Gothic Quarter and just one block from La Rambas. It is ultra modern and I would have like an extra blanket but breakfast was great.

The walls of the room were very thin, and we could easily hear neighbors. The room was adequate but not great. The breakfast was easily enough but not wonderful.

The location of BH was fantastic. It was walking distances to most of the things we wanted to get to or to have a great meal. Could not have been better. We'd stay there again because of the location. The front desk staff were extremely helpful.

Breakfast was not that good. Basically same everyday with white bread and meat. No vegetables or anything green. The breakfast area was extreamly noisy and uncomfortable. Rooms were ok but you could hear basically everything from the other room and hallway.

Keep in mind that when u have a shower, water is everywhere and it doesnt dry itself. Breakfast is basic

The location is definitely the best thing about the hotel - three steps from rambla and right in the Gothic quarter. The check-in was fast and smooth, the staff has been friendly and helpful all the way. The bathroom and the room were in a good condition.

Pillows were sooo flat, it would be cool if they had some omelet optiont for breakfast and some sheer white curtains because the next building is like 5 meters away.

Everything was clean, good bathroom, our room window was not looking to main street so it was quiet with no noise.

Corridor noise was a lot during the night. The doors didn’t cancel out the noise so woke us up a few times. We know this is out of hotels control and was just unfortunate as we were right next to the main staircase and the lift, and the stairway door doesn’t shut so we couldn’t cancel any of it out. Could have done with just a few more breakfast options for example, warm eggs and pots of yogurt. No fridge or kettle in room.

Loved the style, the size of the room for the price. I am disabled and it was adapted perfectly. Very comfortable bed. Couldn’t hear outside at all the windows were great. Fab location for us, was easy to get to a lot of stuff, lots of shops and bars and restaurants around. Near main roads for taxis and buses. The bathroom was pristine, the room smelled AMAZING when we entered. The shower and toiletries were great as well.

Late start time for breakfast 8:00 am, so if you had an early tour you had to find some place that was open. No hot egg options, just cold hard boiled.

Great location off the main tourist street. Quiet despite a lot of outside action. Provided luggage storage for early arrivals. Breakfast was okay, but got really noisy when people arrived in groups and families. Rooms were quiet, but minimalist and the thermostat was apparently centrally controlled rather than by individual room.

We were on the top floor, air conditioning not turned on yet so it was pretty warm and stuffy. There was street noise so keeping the windows open it was pretty noisy.

Location is fantastic and the staff were wonderful and super helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and many choices. Only reason for less than a 10 rating is that the room temperature is centrally controlled. This led to us being very warm when trying to sleep. So we had to open the windows and there was a nightclub down the road which closed at 5 a.m.

There are a lot of school groups staying in the hotel so it is very noisy at night, with students coming and going, shouting and socialising.

Great location, clean rooms and comfy beds and a decent breakfast offering.
