Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomCheck in is quite a lengthy process but staff were very pleasant, friendly and welcoming that it was not an issue.
Everything! Very comfortable beds. Quiet room. Delicious food every evening. Lots of choice at breakfast and evening (we did not have lunch at hotel as were out most days) Good sized pool and so not overcrowded. Lots of sun beds. Front desk staff were very helpful in booking taxi back to airport and was cheaper than Uber. View from balcony with sea view was amazing and lovely to watch sunset each evening.

United KingdomThe room was quite small for 3, not much room to move around with a suitcase open! no where to store the empty suitcase.
Breakfast was good - pretty standard . Room was very clean but a little small for 3 of us, not much room to move around but bonus of a corner balcony with a sea view.

United KingdomOnly issue we had was with reception - generally they were excellent and very helpful however on occasion they would be overwhelmed with new guests for check in and any requests or questions had to wait in a lengthy queue with only two staff on reception handling these incoming guests.
Initial first impressions when arriving at the hotel were mixed as the external of the hotel and general location didn't seem fantastic but upon entering the property everything changed - wonderful modern and clean interior and very nice clean, well-furnished rooms. Generally the staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful and able to answer questions and engaging with guests. Great size pool and well maintained - plenty of loungers (however it was October)

United KingdomThere was a group of lads staying who were hell bent on drinking as much alcohol as possible which caused an atmosphere at the pool bar.. not the hotels fault though.
The food was excellent, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable would highly recommend going all inclusive. The frequent daily free shuttle service to Palma Nova beach is a nice touch too.

CanadaThe very basic in-room like coffee/coffee maker was lacking. Hard when our mornings would start early and most cafes didn’t open till 8:30am and the breakfast didn’t start until 7:30am.
Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly staff, the hair dryer was surprisingly good!

NetherlandsToo expensive.
The staff were incredible but this place is incredibly overpriced. It has a free shuttle bus and entertainment but we went with room only and it is way too much money.

Romaniasafe in the room costs extra, the toiletries are at bare minimum level (no cotton buds, no shower cap, no hair conditioner), no disposable room slippers, the scale for baggage costs 1 euro per try. Of course, none of the these points are life or death, but it's just how they make you feel. You pay a lot of money to stay at a 4 star hotel and they get greedy putting a tax on whatever service...
clean room, nice pool, good breakfast and free beach shuttle, polite staff

United KingdomSoft drinks off the outside bar area didn't taste right and I wish there was a kettle in the rooms to make yourself a cuppa in the morning whilst getting ready. Other than that, the hotel was fantastic
Rooms were modern and clean and tidy! We had a end room which meant we had 2 balconies, one which wrapped around the edge of the building. Booked a twin room, ended up with a separate lounge (which had a sofa bed) which actually worked perfect for us as I like the Aircon and my friend didn't so I was able to turn on the Aircon in the lounge area only and I slept in there on the sofa bed. Food was lovely! Plenty of choice and cooked well! We did pay for food as we was room only but it was worth the price. Beautiful pool but it is cold as it isn't heated so didn't end up going into the pool.

SwitzerlandThe food that was served at the bar. The quality is miles away from the food being served in the restaurant and it's such a shame. Especially if you have ordered half board but still would like to stay one full day at the hotel's pool. Due to the really bad food at the bar, we only ate there twice (yes, we gave them a second chance but neither did they convince us then). Sad. There was also one woman at the restaurant service who should work more on her hospitality level. Compared to all other happy smiling colleagues she really stood out as a bored and non-attentive member. We would have also wished to have a kettle and some glasses in our room. The room was fresh and we had a great view, but some amenities would have been appreciated.
The staff, especially the "entertainers" who daily organised activities and the kids' disco (which our daughter LOVED) did an amazing job. The dinner was always varied and offered something to everyone. We also appreciated the daily free shuttle bus that brought us to the Palmanova beach and back.

GermanyThe hotel was very clean, the staff was welcoming, and the food in the dining area was really good. The pool is spacious and comfortable to use. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on a hill — so if you don’t use the shuttle service, you’ll definitely get a bit of a workout walking up and down.

BulgariaThe only thing that gives a bit bad taste is that the hotel has additional fees for things like beach towels, locker, safe, measuring luggage.. In my understanding when the client pays for the stay, those things should be included with their hotel fees. Paying few euros for these things gives a bit of bad taste.
The hotel registration was great. The staff is very helpful, friendly and very nice! The room was prepared to our requirement. It was very clean, quiet and with big terrace. It was being cleaned everyday, the towels changed whenever needed. All the amenities were great - the swimming pool, the bar, the entertainment, everything! The hotel has a great list of additional services that offers and organises for their guests. We needed a medical checkup for our child and everything was taken care of by the staff at the registration. The restaurant is also amazing! Very tasty food and a great variety of meals. The hotels is great for families with children!

United KingdomThere are two steep sets of steps down to the local area and beach. This would not suit anyone with a disability or mobility issues unless they were happy to stay in the hotel or take taxis.
The breakfast choices are varied and excellent and the process easy to execute. Beautiful pull and areas around it. Wonderful atmosphere and suitable for everyone. The buses are a great way to get into Palma. The 46 and 47 both go to the city centre. We also used the free shuttle bus to Palminova.

IrelandThe main bar at nighttime where I went for a drink after dinner was too bright, too big and more like a canteen, they should have something a bit more cosy and atmospheric.
This was a good stay, the facilities and staff were top notch. The buffet that was served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was comprehensive with a little bit of everything for everyone. The pool and pool bar were excellent and plenty of trees on the grounds to provide shade for when the sun was at its hottest.
