Everything! The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . The room was so nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! The location perfect. Rooftop terrace was a bonus. Breakfast was also good.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Arcos. Don’t hesitate to book. In fact organise your visit around when it is available! The room and whole hotel is gorgeous aesthetically and the rooms spacious -the bed was so comfortable.Lots of excellent information about what to do and where to dine from the owners. The staff really care about you as a visitor. Breakfast was diverse , fresh and yummy. Parking was easy in the nearby underground car park. The location is the best. Communication prior to and during the visit was excellent. Boutique Suites knows the real meaning of hospitality.

Excellent stay at Boutique Suites in Arcos, the place itself is superb, spacious suites, wonderfully decorated, and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and all of their restaurant recommendations were great. Will stay again

Our room needed restoration, with wear/tear visible in the room, especially the mold behind curtains and the bathroom. The breakfast did not meet our expectations, relative to advertised exclusive standard of the hotel.

We liked the unique decoration in the room and the helpfulness of the owners and the staff.

Difficult to use shower without spraying bathroom.

Beautifully renovated facility with an easy to reach location for drivers and also easy to reach sights on foot made for a great stay. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very good location, nice modern interior, free parking in garage only two minutes walk from the property, rooftop terrace. Helpful owners & staff. We had a spacious apartment on 3 levels- bed, sitting room & toilet, and bathroom. Fine for us, but others may prefer all to be on the same level.

The beds and pillows were a bit too soft for our liking. But we understand everyone has different preferences and you can't please all.

One of the best booking.com places I have ever been to. Staff was great. We loved the rooftop and the cocktails you can make there yourself. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The bathroom is wide open - without doors. so if you aren’t intimate with your roommate, you might feel uncomfortable to take a shower. Also a small nit pick, I consider the bed to be a bit too low, so I struggled slightly to get off the bed in the morning.

Perfect stay. Great hospitality, spacious suite, magnificent design, sparkling clean, generous amount of amenities and great recommendations for local restaurants. This is probably the closest you can dream of a perfect stay for vacation.

Not easy to get to the front door as there are steps from either side. Staff was friendly but we felt a bit uncomfortable as it seemed like we were on a visit at the royal family palace. It would have been nice if they weren’t trying to be perfect but just more personal.

This is a beautiful property with lots of comfort. Great bed and pillows, our big suite was beautifully decorated. Fridge with good priced items, and complimentary coffee/ tea in the room. It had nice items such as hair conditioner, heated mirror , robes and towel heater which added extra luxury. Breakfast had different kind of nice bread. Wifi connection very good. Nice private garage not far away to store our bicycles securely.

Bed could have been better.

Tastefully and generously renovated old house. Spacious and silent. Parking is not on premise but well solved. Personnel is very nice. Breakfast was "sufficient", but as nothing more has been promised so it is OK.

The minute we entered the door it’s like entering a little oasis of calm, with amazing decor and fantastic attention to detail. Our room was truly fantastic, it felt plush and luxurious a real treat for the last night of our holiday.
