We didn’t know that the “penthouse” is comprised of two separate apartments - this wasn’t planned and challenged us. There is only one useable window and only in one apartment. The ceiling is angled and goes as low as 1.5 meters I guess since the apartment is just under the roof and each of us got hit in the had a few times when getting out of bed.

Location, stuff and cleanliness was excellent. Parking was easy and explained well. Recommendations from the host are good. Laundry is not in the room but it’s very helpful.

Beautiful apartment, modern, clean, comfortable king sized bed, loved having a second large tv with Netflix in the bedroom. Good shower. Good location. Helpful owner. The property listed the apartment as having wine glasses, oven, kettle, chocolate/cookies, bottled water, bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush, shower cap, washing machine, tumble dryer but none of these were present in side the apartment. The owner kindly washed and dried our clothes for us in a private downstairs laundry.

Unfortunately, the apartment was next to a beer garden which was nosier than expected.

Very good location for touring the old town. Amenities were good and apartment was spacious. The lady who met us and helped to arrange transport back to the railway station.

The host was a little slow in responding to my emails and texts. I didn't find out the time we could check in or how to access the apartment until the very last minute (despite my asking mulitple times over the couple of days before our booking).

A kettle would have been good and could well have been supplied, but we stayed only one night as a stopover, so we didn't ask. There was a slight problem with hot water, but was a bit better in the morning and was going to be checked, after we mentioned it. The parking was a bit far away but was pleasantly walkable once you really found the correct route from the parking.

Very friendly and helpful. Stylish decoration. Good situation for walking out and exploring. Possible to unload bags etc. before going to the carpark, but not so easy to fetch things if you have forgotten anything.

It is situated in an ancient house with the original ceiling and walls. Has everything for the stay. The staff was very nice and gave recommendations for the stay. Parking is a bit far but a nice walking distance. The city itself is gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay here!

There is no onsite parking as stated in Booking. The garage is a five minute drive away and costs 12.50 euro daily.

Location was excellent and the host Fran provided a lot of info on dining and where to visit.

Great location right in the heart of Caceres within walking distance of all the bars/restaurants and sights. The property itself was clean, well maintained and the air con was in all rooms in the apartment which was essential during our stay. Netflix on the tv was an added bonus for international visitors. Communication with the host was great, she made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had regarding the property and the local area, we would certainly return in the future.

We stopped for 1 night enroute through Spain to Portugal. Was dog friendly. a great central location 3 mins from local quaint square with lovely restaurant options. If you simply want a very comfortable bed with shower and you are eating out this option is perfect. Loved the modern decor.
