Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lifts were quite small and slow for such a big building. One was out of service for a day which made getting back to my room quite tricky. Also both pools were closed for one of the days.
Check-in staff were really friendly - also most of the staff in the restaurant were nice and efficient. Good value for money and close to the beach.

The breakfast options, especially the eggs.
The absolute best staff ever. They are always happy and ready to help. They chat a bit if you want, and have great recommendations. The pool on the top is not amazing, but it's where you have sun in the morning. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good pressure. The breakfast is not the best, a lot of variety but focused on the UK and German clients (salad Bar, bread, fried bacon eggs and sausages) , the chocolate croissants are amazing. The juices are not natural and a bit acid. But overall it's okay, I would just skip the eggs as they are the worst I ever had. Again, the staff is the super star of this whole hotel!

The elevator works randomly, you never know if it will come or not, and it does not come to the 10th floor, where the pool is, so i was not able to check it up. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the hotel doesnt promise a luxury, so i guess it is fine, but so you just be aware.
beds are good, it is clean and organized- The breakfast is not bed, i personally as a vegetarian had something to eat, not million of things, but still. I never tried the pools, because the access to them was closed at the rainy day and then just didn't have time or motivation. Then place is really close to the beach, but not on the first line, so there is no view, but it is ok as a value for money.

The toilet in the room was leaking on my arrival and someone came in to the room while I was there to try and fix it - an intrusion of privacy especially since I informed the hotel in advance that I was coming in the early afternoon. The maintenance man kept coming in and out of the room and stayed for about 10 - 15 minutes and then left but the problem was not sorted. I ended up having to put fresh towels on the floor to stop the leaking around the base where the toilet connects to the floor. The bathroom really needed renewed, especially the bath and grouting around it which were in a terrible state and whilst it was clean didn't give a great impression of a supposed 3 star hotel.
Staff all really good, helpful, pleasant and were brilliant and booked me my taxi to the airport which I had been quite worried would be a stressful experience but sorted in a matter of seconds, fantastic!

The all inclusive does not include alcoholic drinks except 3 glasses of wine wth lunch. The food was very hit and miss and not very much selection. The location and views are not good at all, but only a short walk to the beachfront.

Lifts poor, small , not working and slow. Not good when with a child and you are on floor 9 . Put all family bookings on a floor not next to loud , 18-30 drinking Germans . Then we can all enjoy our own style of holiday

the lift was only 1 working, the air conditioning in the room was broken, it only worked on the highest level, only 1 pillow per person, there was no kettle, cup or coffee and tea in the room and no fridge. all inclusive but no alcohol, only bad wine and beer which was also limited in quantity per person. zero attractions for children.

It's hard to find a place to park the car and maybe this is something they can not change, it is quite central area and the streets are always busy and parking lots are no so much. I found the room was below the standards I expected for such hotel. It could be a simple room, apart from sleeping we have not spend much time there anyway , but it could be in better condition. The wardrobe was very small and the doors with the mirror were stuck and we could not open it more than 1/3, the bathroom had some lose tiles, shower space too small and shower too hard to control the temperature.
The hotel was nice, with the swimming pools,bar and games to play, nice breakfast and dinner, staffs were all friendly, close distance from the beach
