There was a fair amount of outside noise and noise from the corridors.

Close to train and bus stations. The room was basic and clean. If you need a place to stay that is a decent place to sleep, with an included breakfast, at a good price, close to transport, and within walking distance from center city, this hotel works.

The only minor downside was some noise from other guests (shouting or slamming doors at 2am or 6am), but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Great value for money and a fantastic location, just by the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The 24/7 reception is very convenient, special thanks to Bibiana, who was very patient and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept.

Overall room was very clean, however shower could have been a little cleaner.

Happy with the room for one night. Quite small if you’re staying a few nights but you can always get a bigger room.

Bathtub had rusty cracks in it . The ac unit was old AND I had to ask the front desk to turn it on or off or change the temperature. I couldn’t do it from my room. It was basic and impersonal

We added the breakfast option in our reservation. It was fair but probably not something I would recommend if you don't mind finding something in the city. There was not a lot of savory breakfast options (e.g. eggs) and not enough variety in my opinion. The few things we did try were nice though. So really just a matter of personal taste, not a deal breaker.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are furnished a bit old school but they are comfortable and fairly clean. Location is quite good especially if you're traveling by bus or train that are just some minutes walking. Within 5-10 mins you can reach the city center.

I would've liked tea making facilities in the room but they are available down in reception. Not easy for a disabled person.

DISABILITY CHAIR USER. Everything, clean tidy and a nice hotel in a good location to get around town, petty of thing out and about and if you carefully some good restaurants. On site parking and this hotel is wheel chair friendly. Staff where very helpful.

Having to deal with a pretty hideous congested road near the hotel to get to the route to the old town. (Being 5-10 minutes closer to the old town would be preferable - though it's still quite convenient). Bath/shower combo - I prefer a walk-in shower.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. Very handy for bus and train stations, located just a few minutes from each. Around a 5-minute walk to the start of the mostly pedestrianised route to the old town. Friendly staff.

there was no parking available when we arrived and no possibility to book in advance. There was a noisy group of young people on our corridor, who were drinking and slamming doors past 11pm. Staff tried to help but they said they couldn't do much.

Everything was fine. The bed was a bit small for a 190cm person, but I survived.

The room was big enough for one person and it was completely quiet at night. I don't understand complaints about noises because I slept totally fine and didn't hear anything. Staff was mostly friendly, and the breakfast was alright and from 7-10. The location is just 5 minutes away from the bus/train station of Oviedo and like 10-15 minutes from the old Town
