Looked a little dated and dusty around some decors elements that could be reached for cleaning up. Ac is a bit loud The shower door was letting water out because of a bad seal with the shower base which made it a bit messy.

Budget friendly option on a fairly good location. Some renovating would be nice, as the room felt a bit dated. Also our room had no window, unlike the photos, and it was not stated in the description.

It’s very noisy, there’s a lot of noise from the street and from other guests. It says in the rules that it should be quiet at night, but the other guests didn’t respect this rule at all. Also people were coming in and out of the building all night and slamming the doors, which is very loud in our room.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also very good located, near the sagrada familia and other tourist attractions.

They didn’t clean our bathroom before letting us in the room in first place. We waited for the staff for half an hour when we wanted to check in. That could have been better

1) Very good audibility - a compartment door leads into the room from the corridor, which does not close completely. at night, you can see the light from the hallway and all the sounds. 2) The drain system is very noisy, and everything is buzzing and rattling, as if it is about to explode, after each use of the toilet drain and/ or taking a shower. Draining in the sink is very bad and can also lead to noise. The same noise occurs in the neighboring rooms, and it interferes with rest and sleep. 3) 1 towel for the legs and 1 for the whole body, it's is very uncomfortable. There should be at least 2 body towels and 1 foot towel in the shower. 4) Cups, milk, and napkins are not added to the common kitchen (no one monitors their availability). 5) The kettle is old and heats up very slowly. 6) There was a feeling that the refrigerator in the shared kitchen was not working. 7) There are no plates or cutlery. 8) There are no slippers, and the floor is very cold. 9) The bedside tables are dirty. 10) There is dust on the wordrobe.

Bed was quite hard and not comfortable at all. The walls are so thin that you can hear what people in every other room are talking about. Also there is light on in the corridor that shines right into the room the whole night and it is disturbing the sleep.

Place was really well located. Public transport nearby, a lot of tourism objects and great cafes and restaurants around. E.g. Sagrada Familia within 15min walk. Place was clean and there was free coffee, tea and water provided. Staff is really friendly, daily room service.

The guest house is on the first floor and you hear everything from the street. It is not a noisy street but still if you are a light sleeper you might be stressed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and it is in a very calm part of the city center. You will be surprised with the very cute garden the house has. You can just sit there and relax like you are far away from the busy city.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Personally not a problem, but I can imagine for some it can be uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed the location. Really a nice area. The room itself had everything you need, including airconditioning which was really nice considering the heat. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, but for the price the room is more than fine.

The only thing we would say is that the host was late for check in. We did originally agree a time and they were more than 30 mins late which wasn’t too great. But she was apologetic and we did manage to check in okay. The bathroom was also very small but it did do the job for our one night stay.

Extremely loud at night due to very old windows and the typical drunk tourists in Barcelona that will keep you awake.

Clean, affordable stay in a good location. Would be 10/10 if it had modern windows.
