As I wrote above, the apartment is fine for a short stay, and the location is excellent, but it is small.

The location suited us as we only had two nights in Barcelona. We were close to the metro and had a supermarket just round the corner. There were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. For a short stay the apartment was fine and comfortable, but being small may feel cramped if staying longer.

Unmentioned deposit. Room not keeping warmth (in January), so we had to use the AC most of the time. The patio isn’t actually directly connected, no kitchen consumables were provided, and there was a persistent smell.

Super small elevator was a bit tricky with stroller and a small kid. Otherwise, no complain.

The video explaining how to get the room keys from the box was not of the box at our property We spent 45 minutes trying to get the keys and talked to 3 operatives via the emergency number One promised to phone us back but never did Not happy with this and expect the company to compensate us!!

We found all the instructions and requirements before securing the apartment, very overbearing, especially trying to do it from overseas, as we had booked it many months beforehand. It would have been much easier to do it from our home country, before we left.

The location was fabulous, near to many wonderful tapas bars, the waterfront, and La Rambla. Apartment was very secure, and had a very nice kitchen area. The streets were kept very clean! It was nice to have our little balcony. Laundry was great!

There could have been a few more utensils such as bowls. There was an iron but no ironing board so bear that in mind if you are bringing shirts to iron. The Wifi didn't work so I used my mobile as a hotspot and some basic condiments like salt and pepper would have been a nice touch but overall a decent stay.

Does the job, a solid safe place in a decent location near the beach. Easy access through the codes and spare set of keys is a good idea. Air con was fine and was able to cook like home as the ramblas food market is nearby. I would consider using again.

Property was fairly small in size and not so practical, with a small toddler wanting to run around and explore. Lots a sharp edges with the glass corners of the bathroom and the hard floor tiles. There was not so much space for the cot in the bedroom. We slept on the sofa bed so we could move the baby to the bedroom area. With no doors, though, it was an early bedtime for us all. For a couple, it would have been perfect. There was a pretty rude man blocking the entrance for my partner to get in with the baby, whilst he was on the phone. After being asked to move a couple of times, he scurried into a cleaning cupboard. Despite the constructive feedback. We would stay again but not with the child.

Very good location. Short walk to the beach and marina. In the heart of the Gothic quarter. Lots to explore and see. Communication was very good from the Hosts, and they were warm and friendly. Lift access straight into the apartment was great. Although there was a couple of instances of opening to lift door to find some confused looking guests still in there.

There was no plug in either the kitchen (for washing up) or the bathroom sink (less important). There was a sign and space for a fire extinguisher, but it didn’t exist.

The location was great. Quite central for getting around. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom is a bit old and would need a renovation soon. Also it has a glass almost transparent door which is a bit weird

the location is great, very close to everything. it can be too loud from the streets but it was fine for us. Also there is an elevator in the apartment which was good as we were with a baby. it was easier to contact the personnel

Bathroom pretty basic. No shelves for soap / shampoo in shower. Toilet paper ran out on day 5 of seven. Bedroom two single beds and only 30cm space around one side when pushed together against one wall.

We have paid for the cleaning service, and still were reminded several times to clean everything before leaving pointing out it needed to be clean for other guests. Not a problem, but please don't charge people for cleaning and then remind them for cleaning before and on their trip. Bathroom is in the middle of two rooms and there is a tiny open space through which you can see inside of bathroom from the bedroom.

Perfect location, secure entrance and comfy beds. Deposit was paid back in 3-4 days after check out. Totally recommend it!

On-line predeparture chek-in procedure is cumbersome. Property took substantial safety deposit to be returned on 7 days after the leaving. We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was well cleaned before arrival but not even once during our stay. However, I was requested to pay the cleaning fee to the property to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Additional linen and towels were provided. However, no toiletories, no waste bags. The guest is responsible for waste management. Water pressure in the shower is low, and just a tiny space is available in a bathroom to keep the staff. Bedroom is also tiny, but the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fine, well equipped with kitchen wear, dining table and space.

Location. The apartmen is located in the Gotic Quarter, close to the sea and Citadel Park. A lot of cafes and supermarkets are around.

I was happy to pay the booking confirmation fee but would have preferred to pay the remaining amount during my stay, after having seen the place. It is adviced at the time of booking that remaining payment can be settled during the stay. Small print states the payment of the whole amount for a stay plus deposit to cover any possible damages, will need to be paid before they release the keys. I have been advised about it after the booking fee was paid so, not wanting to loose my money, I have accepted and payed the whole amount for a stay in advance. Luckily all was in order, but I don't like to pay the unrefundable amount in advance, without seeing the place first.

Superb location, good communication with the host, easy access system. Washing machine and dryer on site. Lovely terrace to have a glass of wine in the evening

Pillows on the beds were quite small. Shower could use an upgrade, but it was clean though, so no complaints there.

Location was amazing. We had everything we needed. Self check-in went well and staff was very quick to reply when we had questions.

big problem to get the key.we were 4 difrent placecs befor non of them asked for fill up form to get the key ,we wehre busy traveling ,no time to check my emails to see form.we fill it night before .when we ariverd was no internet in all country.we were tired to find a way to find proprety owner to get the key,and wasn't care about ouer setuation .we could get in after 3 houres.no were charg tax, they did.no were chrge damage deposit , they did ,but give us back, bank charged us $10
