The water at the hotel in their swimming pool was very cold. Very isolated location, the hotel do put on a bus to Punta Prima, but there isn't much there, we would have liked to been able to stroll somewhere, but that's just preference. The beds were very uncomfortable, meaning bad backs and lack of sleep 😴 they are very hard.

The hotel was amazing. The TV in the bedroom allowed us to access Netflix, Disney, YouTube, so the kids could be amused when indoors. The entertainment where fun, and seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs and gave it their all. The water park was good fun for the kids, but water was very cold and very salty. Also, I was told the water park was closing for good on the 17th May. The food was amazing, always something for everyone, paella, fresh fruit, nuggets, chips, breads, cheeses and meats the list was amazing. The food was always hot, and there was access to pizzas, sandwiches, burgers between meals if you missed a sitting too. The hotel also provided us with a plate of cold food for when we arrived as we arrived late.

Only bad points from the whole experience was the shower is very small and the beds are hard - we did wake up with a sore back. Other than that it was very lovely there.

Very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely sea and pool view, could see the evening entertainment from our balcony! We were very happy with our stay and it was amazing that the Waterpark was literally a 30 second walk away across the road. Free parking for our hire car. Brilliant place to stay!

The food was excellent, a very good range for the breakfast and dinner buffet, best to do all inclusive. The water park was just across the road and great value when included in your hotel stay.

Rooms are little bit old, however were clean. The worst part was waiting almost every time to go to the restaurant, whether breakfast/lunch/dinner. Restaurant is having lower capacity than guests and also every guest need to tell the room number prior going to the restaurant, therefore always waiting in line. Same applies for bar near pool.

Location was good, free transfer to the beach Punta Prima, also easy to get from airport to the hotel (bus 10 and 92). Staff was very friendly. Aquapark was perfect.

Nothing specific, some may find the location a little isolated but Punta Prima a small village is only over a 1km away, there is a open bus (designed as a train) that runs regularly and takes you around the coastline.

Hotel was very well maintained, the water park was excellent. The variety of food and quality was great each day.

The main pool far to small, they could expand the splash pool by the kids club and make that area a huge family pool area and then keep the current main pool as adults .

The food was ok. Not really great. Wasn't alot of variety or options to choose from. Wasn't alot of options on cocktails on the all inclusive which was slightly disappointing.

All staff I spoke to were great, polite and helpful with anything I asked. Even giving me the correct information to travel to the other side of the island by coach. Pool was good size. Can get crowded at times. Had to get up early and down to the pool if u wanted a sunbed (Get towel down). I had access to the water park which was great ( right opposite the hotel, just walk across the carpark). Big great slides and less crowded pool as there are afew pools there. Kids ones and adult ones and there are always sunbeds available there as there are so many. The hotels give you a free shuttle to and from the local beach was is good and the beach itself was big and great. Opposite the beach are restaurants and shops and a supermarket. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel aswell which takes you to Mao which is the main bus station of the island and from there you can go all over the island.

Bathrooms are very small. It’s no possible to completely blackout lights in the room during night (outside and from the corridor)

Good food and very friendly staff (Samantha, Jessica,Justina, Mari and Jose) Facilities with good playgrounds for children’s. The combination of the hotel with the water park is also very good and works perfect for children. Location is also reasonable being that you have a car - most of more relevant beaches are at 30/45 minutes driving.

We had the largest room with two bedrooms. The layout could have been different and more sensible. There is enough space for two beds in each bedroom, so there would be no need for an extra bed. Certain elements of the room are old and worn out (door edges, mirrors, ...). The main hallway in the hotel is narrow and low. The appearance of the hotel is nothing special, neither outside nor inside. Probably, a 3-star rating would be just right but the staff is friendly, and the food is great.

The food is better than in any hotel of this level so far. All the meals have been very tasty. Sometimes just need to add a little extra salt. There are plenty of choices. The hotel offers its guests the use of the water park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and we slept great.

For the money we paid the value was great. Nothing posh but everything was good enough to stay 2 days with friends.Everyone could find something to eat, our apartments were great,spacious. Staff at reception was very very helpful especially one lady(can’t remember her name,but I know she was italian) Activities were very fun.It is a place for quiet,calm family time.

Bar and everything closes at 11pm. Not much to do after that. Could do with a bigger restaurant as queuing for dinner is annoying.

The rooms where very noisy, cleaners could be heard passing the room door none stop from 7am. Banging, Footsteps, hovering. And the wall not well soundproofed could hear next rooms kids messing onto they went to sleep

The Room was nice but the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Nightly Entertainment was hit or miss - Two of the shows were quite good. Hotel was very quiet after 11pm - Nothing to do once the bars closed.

Nice hotel with nice facilities Food was great with lots of variety each day. It was nice to have access to the water park each day the kids loved it. Staff were friendly overall. Hotel was very clean.

A couple of us in group found beds a little hard and wasn't much evening adult entertainment but we were in a group so didn't matter at all.

Lovely hotel with a access to water park, not too busy, could nearly always find a sun lounger round the pool and loads at Waterpark (Waterpark is salt water) , breakfast was good - nice selection of everything you could want. Staff were great and very friendly towards the kids, Always got a table easy at breakfast. Quite a quiet area so was perfect for just a few days, we didn't need any longer.

The majority of the staff were helpful and pleasant including the manager and the lady on the restaurant in the morning but Juan on the front desk clearly does not like the British - poor attitude. He is not suited to a customer service role. Also the lady at the restaurant in the evenings accused my husband of not paying and then didn’t apologise after she finally realised she had actually been the one to take the payment from us for dinner. Also, we paid to eat a few times and some of the desserts were still frozen each time. They need to sort that out as I well the food was good. The hotel is more like 3 star - looks cheaply furnished. Bathroom has no storage and shower is tiny. The pillows were not fit for purpose and the balcony furniture needs replaced. The hotel has very little nearby by way of restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was very good - lots of choice and the bakery items and pancakes were lovely. The waterpark was brilliant for the kids - this made it for us, perfect for them at age 11 and 12. The hotel was clean. Good bus service to Punta Prima every hour and driver was very pleasant.

Meal times to regimented,bar closes at 11 and all lights out at 12 the hotel just caters for children and nothing for adults.punta prima is very quite so if your looking for a bit of night life forget it.If they had stopped alinclusive bar at 11 then stayed open till 1 but had to pay for drinks it would have been better it didn't feel like a holiday having to go to bed at 12.

From check in to check out staff were very nice always smiling and helpful.Thanks to Virginia who cleaned our room lovely lady.
