The cold jacuzzi / pool on the roof. The area itself is wonderful, but the water temperature is only for the brave (like us).

Great location in the very city center, close to everything. The hotel and the restaurant staff are all very helpful, fast, and competent. The design inside tells that the owners love the place.

Rooftop design and comfort. Pool was unheated and very cold, and it is not easy getting to it, and the size was very disappointing.

The size of the room was wonderful this time, bathroom and the toiletries were good. Comfort of bed and bedding extremely nice staff, food was very good at their restaurant, and the service was wonderful. The location is the best in Palma.

The size of their suite was very tight, a bit depressing, the size and design of their rooftop was underwhelming and the water was extremely cold.

I loved how simple and personal the hotel is. Very impressive yet casual interior design, very good food. Breakfast was wonderful, Bedding was also very good. You simply cannot get a better location in Mallorca. The location is really central, and food at the restaurant was very good.

The room was dated in parts with broken wardrobe handles and chips in the furniture. Breakfast portion size smaller than when paying even tho this is included in the price of the stay. More mirrors in the room needed. No air con because it’s winter but still should be an option for guests

The bed moved away from the wall with not much pressure. It needs an addition to stop it. Would have preferred a larger balcony, you could stand at it but not sit out there,

The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the Shakshuka. The room was clean and large for 2 people. The location was very good and the old Olive tree brought lots of tourist and school trips to it. There's lots of restaurants around and a nearby (expensive) supermarket. The sun terrace on the 3rd floor was good although we didn't go in to the cold plunge pool.

This hotel is very special and located in the heart of central Palma. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Every member of staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms clean and spacious and the food in M5 restaurant was absolutely incredible —Thank you Enrique for looking after our boys and making them laugh. We won’t forget our stay at Hotel Cort. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍

Breakfast was excellent, and all freshly prepared to order. Room was romantic, spacious, and had everything you needed. Location was great, right in the centre of old town Palma close to shops, sites and places to eat, drink and have a coffee.

The location was excellent. The staff were always happy & very helpful. The breakfast was a surprise & wonderful. Also have to mention the quality of the bed linen which added to a great night sleep.

The room felt a bit too warm although we turned the thermostat down to 18. We had to keep opening a couple windows, even at night, to stay comfortable. That made the bells sound louder, but it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the evening of our arrival there was no hot water, but that was fixed by the next day.

Our room had so much character, and a great terrace where we enjoyed wine, bread and cheese a couple times. The cleaning staff was very efficient at cleaning our room so it was sparkling when we came back every day. The breakfast staff was wonderful too, right down to packing a sandwich for our early departure to the airport. Location was perfect.

Our room faced the inner courtyard. We like to keep the window open at night, but it’s worth noting that the clock tower chimes every 15 minutes. So, you have to rely on the ventilation system and keep the window closed.

Great location, close to the cathedral, the waterfront, and the city center. Very helpful staff and an excellent restaurant. The accommodation was very nice, clean, with comfortable beds.

The only complain:: breakfast starts at 8. So for the ones with early Flights - you pay for something you cannot get
