The breakfast could be better. Very basic, and they had run out of most things when we got to sit at 9.40.

The breakfast that we paid to have included was really pretty poor compared with others. Off season, not much to commend about Chiclana and we did not find anywhere to have dinner.

Not much The breakfast wasn’t up to much…scrambled eggs in the server were getting cold to the point of being unpalatable? Staff also too busy cleaning whilst one was trying to eat…

Central,easy access to other eating locations around Chiclana Young lady front of house on the Friday was to be commended for great service and a friendly demeanour…a credit to the establishment!

We were a bit annoyed that there was no parking space for us in the hotel car park and had to use the multi storey. Although the 3 days cost of parking wasn’t too bad. There was nothing else to dislike.

Breakfast was self service with lots of choice. We were pleased there was a night receptionist as we went out to a concert and were back very late. The hotel was near to all the local amenities, shops, cafes etc.

The coffee at breakfast could be improved - they used a machine and yet a proper coffee maker was available behind the bar. A drinking water machine would have been a nice touch somewhere in the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location right in the middle of town. Quite a good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable with a good bathroom, air con and a fridge.

THe shower gel system needs reviewng as we had no shower gel which was very inconvenient when you are already wet.

A very good location in the centre of the town and a friendly welcome on arrival. Breakfast was very good value.

The Booking website informs that the hotel has its own parking lot. It is not totally true. The guest needs luck. I had to leave my car outside because there was not enough parking space.

The beds were a bit hard and there was not much in the way of extra facilities. The courtyard bar was not open.

Good location with underground parking available, at extra cost. Good breakfast included in cost. Very pleasant town with lots of bars/restaurants, a large market and an interesting wine and salt museum.
