Every thing was wonderful and Carlos was a wonderful host.

This apartment was just perfect for us. It was very quite and peaceful. We travelled into the city every day on the bus which ran pretty much every 10 minutes and is just less than five minute walk to the bus stop. You can walk to a large shopping centre and there are some bars and restaurants in the area.Carlos was ever available to us and met us when we arrived and made our arrival very easy .

The staff were superb. Carlos went completely above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated, cared for and reassured. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful with a fabulous pool area, conducive to rest and relaxation.

WiFi was playing up , speed was sub 1mbs download with high ping >200ms but it could have been due to rain at that time (floods somewhere else. Tv screen was very small and no screencast (nothing major).

Clean rooms, big apartment,very good amenities,quiet at that time, ground flood easy access, plenty of free parking in front and around the property, balcony where you can smoke, pool was clean but unable to use due to weather, Jacuzzi hot tub was very nice and open until almost 9pm, rooftop lounge.

The vent in the bathroom was on only when the light was on. It should have a separate on/off button. Because of the specific damp smell in the bathroom we had to keep the vent and light switched on every night.

We liked everything

We had a lovely time. Our two small kids really enjoyed the outdoor play area. The pool area is very safe for kids. Carlos, kindly let us use the hot tub for a few days at the beginning of our holiday eventhough it was due to be closed. The apartment was very well equipped and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We hired a car to get around, which was well worth it with two babies. However, Aldi is a short walk away if you don't have transport. This accommodation was lovely to come back to every evening. The garden and fish pond made it like a little sanctuary, and we felt we had our own little piece of paradise tucked away in a nice quiet part of the city.

Carlos was very helpful, messaged me asking arrival times and was helpful with any questions . The pool area was great and all the loungers were comfortable, The room looks like it was recently decorated is perfect for self catering and the bed is very comfortable, the grounds are secure and tranquil. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away .

This property is probably one off the best you could possibly get in a quiet leafy area 5 mins in taxi to Alicante city. It has everything dreams are made of, and the hosts couldn’t do any more for you. This is my absolute favourite place to stay in Alicante

Everything! Jacuzzi, sauna, pool and roof terrace where you can sunbathe were great. Everything clean. The apartment was spacious and we have just a basic version. This place is a 30min bus drive from the city centre but the connection is very easy and straightforward. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood where you can really rest and charge the batteries. McDonald's, KFC, restaurants and various shops are walking distance from the apartments.

The complex is a bit noisy: you hear the shutting doors echo, walls are somewhat thin so you can hear neighbor's talking. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Communication with the staff was excellent. Very clean apartment and interior of the whole building. Although it was off-season, garden with pool was lovely. Having breakfast on the balcony in the early season sun was a bliss.

There were two cats on the premises. They kept coming to the balcony and trying to get into the apartment . The sofa bed in the living room needs to be changed. It’s old, noisy and unstable when turned into a bed. The pool is not heated which made it not available for use as it was really cold.

The kitchen needed a few extra kitchen items ie salad bowl and a paring knife ( in defense of the owners, we didn’t ask for anything but they were always available). The pool was not heated and very cold this time of year, but this was expected. The property was a bit further from Centro than we expected, not having been to Alicante before. Buses were a 5-10 minute walk away, the closet Tram station was a 25 minute walk, although you could connect with the trams via the buses to downtown.

Beautiful grounds, like an oasis in the suburbs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a dishwasher and clothes washer. Books available to borrow/trade. Easy to get hold of owner/operators, Carlos was great and spoke excellent English. There was a good grocery store (Al Campo) a 10 minute walk away.
