The slides were closed. But still we got to use the spa 1hr per day for free. It was so relaxing.

Spacious, well-kept and pleasant hotel. Nice, helpful and contactable staff. A welcome with many surprises, a very pleasant start of our stay. One of the best hotels we have been to, comfortable beds, clean room, great cleaning service (daily). We received a spacious room with a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. Very close to the sea, close to the train station from where you can get to the most important towns on the Costa Brava and directly to Barcelona. Convenient parking for cars in close distance to the hotel. Everything at a high level, recommended!

Walls were thin so you could hear lots happening in the hallways very early in the morning. Wifi would get very slow every day around 5

Drinks in the bar bad and cheap quality Huge Q to the restaurant manager try his best to squeeze people's in. many peoples waiting for table long time because the request table for 6 then he keep moving the tables for smaller or bigger. Cups plates so dirty !!!! 😩 Also so big amount of plastic everywhere out they use plastic cups plates forks

There were not as much umbrellas as sunbeds at the swimming pool. Multiple times they were already taken by others that lead to no shade options. I think this is something the hotel can improve.

A couple of weeks ago I had a perfect getaway at hotel Europa Splash & Spa together with my son. The room was nice and big and we even got a welcome gift at the room. The swimming pools were so much fun! Very good the slides were also watched by a lifeguard. The hotel is very nice and fun for families, with a mini disco and entertainment every night. A big big plus is the super nice and helpful staff, made the stay even better. An extra compliment to Alexis who let us feel very welcome and helped us with everything!

We loved this hotel. It's right across the beach. The pools looked very good but we preferred the sea just because of personal preferences. It's on a promenade surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, doctor and pharmacy near by. Every night there is an entertainment program (live music, magician, karaoke etc). The room was spacious, beds big and comfortable, the bathroom and the shower were big, as well as our balcony (with sunbeds). I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered the room! It's clean and updated. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help We stayed with all-inclusive option. The food was good and if you miss a meal you can grab some fast food on the snacks bar included in the price, which is a great option. The bar has variety of cocktails, beers, soft drinks, sangria, milkshakes&slushi etc and they don't complain if you ask for something outside of their menu ^^ We were welcomed with champagne and 1h free spa treatment which I appreciate, especially because it was my birthday stay and it made the whole experience even more special! Thank you, I hope to see you again!

The meals are rushed to a point that it feels uncomfortable, they even turned off the AC while we were still eating. Kitchen staff eats from the buffet at the end of each meal. The buffet and the whole hotel feels chaotic, the employees look very tired.

The hotel manager went out of his way to accommodate any of our requests. He carried our luggage, got us an umbrella by the pool, made us coffee, gave us extra meal tickets etc. Parking on the street was easy, in front of the hotel. The room had nice panoramic sea views.

We are vegetarians and there were not much vegetarian options available during Lunch and Dinner. Also, the juice machines, the soda machines used to stop before the hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did not get all the services if we went at the last hours. There used to be long lines for coffee, hence there can be few more options. The evening entertainment is largely got kids, there should be something for adults as well. Inspite of this, we enjoyed the stay and will visit again.

The location is great. The pool, slides and amenities are more that what we expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The plan around the resort is very vibrant and safe. The beach is just 2 minutes away and is very clean. We will definitely visit and stay at the resort again.
