I would have given it 10/10 for staff but unfortunately the evening barman was quite unpleasant. Shame as all the other staff were lovely.

So much to like about this lovely hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable plus spotlessly clean. Everywhere smelt fresh and pleasantly fragranced. We didn’t have a sea view room but a spacious balcony with equally pleasant views over the hotel front gardens and the countryside. Breakfast was excellent both in choice and quality. We had dinner on one evening and this was buffet service and lots of choice again. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful and we would be very happy to return again.

Naked people in indoor pool area and garden. Information should be provided to all guests to confirm there may be nudity in the sauna but guests should cover up in all other areas. They need to promote Happy Hour more - no information was displayed- we just found out by chance

Parking should be improved. Very steep and quite difficult to park. Breakfast is almost the same every day. If you stay for a long time, it can feel a bit repetitive, but on the other hand, if you don’t go overboard trying everything in the first few days, you can easily sample new things throughout your stay. For dinner, they should at least offer complimentary water.

The place is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and attentive—get ready to receive excellent service, plenty of smiles, and warm greetings throughout your stay! They are wonderful people with an unmatched sense of hospitality. The food is diverse and delicious, featuring plenty of local dishes, fish, and seafood. Every night offers a variety of different options. You can rent bicycles directly from the hotel to explore the area. The town is about a 25-minute walk away, and you can stroll along the seaside—it’s a beautiful route. Every night, there’s a lovely show or performance to enjoy.

The views were amazing, and there was a very nice room, the staff was helpful, nice and friendly. The facilities were ok and everything was clean. The location was great, quiet at night but close to the village with plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy and have fun. I would come back again if I came back to this area.

I know is an honest mistake but is the second time they have to correct the bill because they made a mistake.

The hotel is impressive with a really nice restaurant ( breakfast ) and spa area but the most impressive is the location , peaceful and astonishing .is the 3rd time I have been there.

The parking place in front of the hotel seems to be under construction, park carefully with the tree trunks.

One thing that was a bit frustrating for us as a couple were two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. I am sure though if I was to book it next time, the staff would accommodate it upon the request.

This was our third time in Cala Ratjada, but the first time in this hotel. My partner and I brought his mom for her birthday, and I booked this hotel because of it's location right by the sea 🌊. And I can tell you all, we were absolutely stunned by it! It had certainly exceded outlr expectations on so many levels. The staff are all so nice, helpful and always happy to see you. The cleaning ladies are incredible, they do an amazing job and are always greeting you with a smile. Rooms are cleaned daily, but if you dont want them to enter your room you can always put the sign on the door saying 'no'. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a huge variety of foods, fresh bread, freshly cooked eggs, omlettes and pancakes. Dinners have different theme everyday which is lovely. There are many lounge beds outside, and the hotel wasn't very busy (we did travel in October). There is also a lovely small restaurant where you can have lunch until 5 o'clock. The hotel has a bar inside, serving drinks from 6pm until 1 am with live music almost every night. There is a lovely spa with steam baths, sauna and a pool as well as a small gym, which is all included in the price. An amazing part of the hotel also, is an access to the sea!! You can relax on the sunbeds, and hop into the sea whenever you want. The hotel is located a bit out from town with restaurants and shops, about 30 minutes walk, which for us was lovely but might be a bit far for others. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel though which is very convinient. You can also hop onto a little train that goes through the city passing the hotel. We had an amazing time and will definitely try to come back to this hotel every year!

The ladies who are cleaning the rooms can be too loud in the morning. If you want to sleep a bit longer,it will be impossible.
