Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesExcellent hotel for a family vacation. There is a lot of entertainment for kids. Beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. Great food and a great selection. The territory is clean and well-maintained. There is free parking if you rent a car. Friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

United StatesThe Italian restaurant didn’t have the greatest service and the food wasn’t that great for the price. The central pool restaurant also had some bad to slow service.

United KingdomI could hear other people talking loudly in the corridor late at night and early in the morning, it disturbed my sleep. The hotel claims that their rooms are soundproof. Soundproof to outside, but not to corridor unfortunately. No gluten free options for breakfast, no porridge. Some of the restaurant staff looked moody. Dinner was included in my package but not a drink. I understand you have to pay for wine, but I had to pay even for a glass of water which was a bit odd. If someone had explained to me that I will have to pay for water, I would not have ordered it, as I only have very small amount of it with my dinner meal. Check out was slow, receptionists didnt ask how my stay was.
Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. I think outdoor swimming pool had heated water, I was able to swim without freezing. Wifi was good for work, stunning surroundings to walk about. Housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Super clean room and public areas. Bottled water in the room was much appreciated. Very nice toiletries as well. Overall I enjoyed staying there.

NetherlandsKids splash pad area wasn’t heated so the water was quite cold in February and my kids wouldn’t use it. Also would’ve loved a bit more variety in the all inclusive package but these are small things. We were very happy with our stay!
Staff was so nice. It’s not a huge property so it was easy to get around with small kids. Kids club was great for crafts and they organized a pirate themed treasure hunt when we were there. Room was nice and very comfortable. They helped me organize some balloons in the room and a cake for my husband’s birthday. My husband used spa and said it was great. Would definitely stay again!

SpainWe originally paid for a sea side view room, we got a lateral sea view. So we had to request a change. This is the second time this happens in a H10 hotel.
Location was great. Food and specially Carlos, staff member who checked us in.

Czech Republic* Extending stay hours due to a late flight was unfortunately overpriced at 50 EUR per hour, which felt excessive. * One uncomfortable experience occurred during check-in. A staff member, Olga K., was polite at first, but when she overheard us speaking Russian (we are EU citizens, but Russian is our native language), she made an unnecessary comment: "Oh, you speak Russian? I do as well. I don’t like speaking it, but I do." Without any request from us, she switched to Russian, which felt awkward and slightly unprofessional. We were happy to communicate in English, and her remark left us feeling uncomfortable at the very start of our stay. Overall, despite this unpleasant interaction, we had a wonderful vacation, and the hotel itself is great in terms of facilities, food, and cleanliness. We would recommend it but hope for a more welcoming attitude from all staff members in the future.
We had a great stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed many aspects of it. * The pools were fantastic – both the saltwater and clean water pools were pleasantly warmed up, making swimming enjoyable even in cooler weather. * The water slides were a great hit with our child (perfect for kids up to 12 years). * Breakfast and dinner were absolutely wonderful, offering a rich variety of tasty options (we didn't try lunch). * The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. * The views of the ocean were simply breathtaking. * The entire hotel, including the rooms and common areas, was spotless. * A special touch: Our daughter had her birthday during the stay, and the hotel kindly gifted her a bag full of candies – a small but very appreciated gesture!

IrelandWe had a double room but it was 2 twin beds pushed together and for the cost of this room I’d expect beds that didn’t separate

FranceI chose a period where there was a high density of children (school holidays in some EU countries) which was not exactly atmosphere I would have preferred; however, the infinity pool had less children frequentation
Quality of staff; all staff in reception, food and beverage, house cleaning, and particularly the team in guest relations were wonderful; I will be posting on TripAdvisor more at length soon

BelgiumIt took one hour from north airport. I arranged taxi by myself. Once got to this hotel, it was not so much problem.
Pools were excellent for kids to enjoy. Buffet for dinner was changed day by day. We are glad to have all inclusive plan. We could drink and eat whenever we wanted. The dinner on 31st Dec was highlighted moment. We were satisfied with that. Overall service was the best in my experience. Highly recommend. If possible, would like to come here in summer season.

FranceThe standard buffet restaurant was spacious and full of fairly typical buffet options — not particularly special. The menu of the poolside cafe is rather limited. We had hoped to dine at the Japanese restaurant but it was fully booked by the time we arrived, and open only two nights a week (we visited outside of peak season). There’s a large Hard Rock Hotel complex just across the little bay which, at certain times, shared its loud music playlist a bit too much.
We chose the Atlantic Sunset resort to celebrate an anniversary. We just wanted to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth, and eat good food. Mission accomplished! We chose the Privilege option in order to have access to a specialty restaurant and the rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the sea - and the choice was worth the extra cost. The check-in process as well as responding to our various questions were all handled in a relaxed, efficient, personable manner. Our room was a junior suite with lots of space and a generous balcony from which we enjoyed a sea and land view. While we favored the rooftop pool, there were a few other very nice pools as well. The so-called Privilege restaurant offered a lovely fine-dining menu, and the staff were terrific. There are mostly other hotels and apartment buildings in the immediate neighborhood, but there is some pleasant retail too, and a very nicely landscaped waterfront promenade. We were very happy with our stay because our goal was to relax in a nice resort.

IrelandThe vast majority of the cleaning staff are excellent but they change around allot. This is probably a good idea security wise but sometimes when you tip extra well for above par cleaning service, it goes to the wrong cleaner.
