It would be good to have more vegetarian options and a kettle in the bedrooms.

Lovely hotel with good food and facilities. All staff were friendly, kind and patient with my child who has additional needs. We were there during the national power cut and the hotel staff were so professional and they still managed to provide hot food etc. We will definitely be returning there.

The room was comfortable enough, it was lucky that we had a small kitchen - it is necessary with a child! Balcony, bathroom, bed - everything was good! It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea, the beaches nearby are completely different, so the choice is up to you

No information on the area in the room. In relation to breakfast very good variety but don't understand why you cannot take a croissant from the breakfast area to your room to have for later with a your tea/coffee, especially when it was paid for.

Room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were very friendly and polite.

The pool was very cold so could have been heated in mid September. Parking quite expensive considering the high price of the hotel. Entertainment was very average. Walk in showers rather than a bath would have been better.

The room was spacious and the beds a good size but the mattress's were a little hard. Drink prices were very reasonable and not overpriced like some hotels. The staff were excellent throughout in the restaurant, bar and reception. Buffet food was excellent for a Spanish hotel and everything you could want for breakfast. Two very large pools which looked lovely. It is a very family oriented hotel which we knew about so no problem but at the time of year we went it was mainly babies and toddlers. As a couple we would not go in high season but chose it for the location and convenience of half board whist travelling home to Southern Spain.

The evening entertainment was good in parts and not good in others. Karaoke was not good.

The thing we didnt like the most was the dinner selection It wasn't the greatest and we ate out for the rest of the holiday. One of the slides was very hard for the children to gondown they kept getting stuck. Would be best to maybe look over it and fix the problem.

We loved the pool with the slides, the entertainment was great, could do abit more entertainment pool side where the slides are for the younger children. We missed abit of the entertainment during the day as we couldn't find what was on and what times. Breakfast was great,

Only thing I would say is if you don’t like hills it might not be ideal

Food has some limitations for adults, in the other hand its great to kids. Cleaning could’ve been a bit better under the beds.

Pool and facilities are great, there are plenty of toilets available every single corner of hotel which is defo handy for kids. Staff are welcoming and ready to help, we had a late flight back and were allowed to enjoy the pool post check out, we were even given extra towels

Crowded hotel. Bad thing that every outdoor area is a smoking area, travel with kids mean they will be inhaling smoke :(.

Our room was very close to where the bins were being collected / emptied and deliveries which was very loud and woke us early 6/ 6.30am most morning
