Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was OK, but reposition of the food was slow, there was a lot of people so we had to que up for cofee.
Good location near a shopping mall, very conftable room and enough space for 3 of us.

Just off A1 highway. Great for stopover. Dog friendly (with a goodie bag and able to come with dog for breakfast ). Easy to park. Everything comfortable- good bed, good shower, 24/7 reception and late bar (~11pm). Staff friendly.

Excellent location on the north part if Madrid, close to the airport and with easy access downtown. Big room, with comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Very nice, young dynamic and helpful staff.

We took a room for three, which is really a double room with the sofa bed open. The sofa bed is a double bed, and that made the room, which is normally of good size, feel small and crowded.
The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was great.

TV signal in the TV room was bad. regularly cutting the signal and making a lot of noise. the cable TV system has definitively an issue. not up to the rest of the standards

Breakfast was very overcrowded, food was running out pretty quickly and there was a long lines to the coffee. Everything was a little bit of a mess due to lack of workers on the breakfast.
Breakfast was tasty, rooms were very good level and clean. All the amenities were nice. Plenty of parking slots on the street around the hotel.

I like everything, that's why I return.
The hotel 's location makes it perfect for my travels through Madrid. It is spotless, offers a good selection for breakfast and the pool is a bonus in summer.

Not much to do, or see around the area (part of shopping center). But then one does not come to this area for fun and games. It’s absolutely perfect business hotel or airport overnight stop.
Very good standard business hotel. Beds were comfy, and pillows excellent. Shower is spacious, hot water or pressure is not an issue. Breakfast started at 6:30AM which was great, early enough to have breakfast before heading to office. Small gym with was big plus.

Great location, good choice of food for both evening meal and breakfast. Pleasant staff and a lovely room. Great value for money. Only slight niggle would be the duvet was a bit “crinkly” so when moving during the night my partner was aware. Small critic though of a great stay.

Far away from Madrid city center. Not many things near the hotel.
Clean hotel which is in close proximity to Madrid airport. It is a 10 min drive to the airport. Breakfast is included with stay.

It could be a little cheaper. Food choices and breakfast buffet could be improved. Not the hotel’s fault but public transport to the centre of Madrid could be better but hey there’s always Uber.
Really good. Very clean. Very comfortable. Great rooms. Staff are very friendly. Very close to the Airport. Gym surprisingly good.
