The reception staff were very helpful and very friendly, their help was invaluable in all aspects from welcoming us at the property to telling us the touristic places, and finally organising a taxi back to the airport.

There were a few downsides. It was disappointing to find out that the room wasn’t a studio with a sofa bed as expected but instead had two fold-out chairs, which were less comfortable. The room itself was quite small. Another minor issue was the lack of complimentary tea bags or coffee capsules—while it’s not listed as an amenity, it would be a thoughtful addition, especially since there’s both a coffee machine and a kettle in the room.

The room had a stunning view from the window, and the large terrace was a great bonus. Having a kitchen was very convenient, and I appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly and offers parking. The location was excellent—close to the beach, great restaurants, and the charming old town, all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience.

Washing machine in the apartment/flat would have been a real bonus - there is an external laundry shoot, but didn't want a charge for a small amount of washing.

Location central and easy walk to old town. Right on beach and hotel has parking for the hire car. Shop & small cafe cooking breakfast at a reasonable price with freshly squeezed OJ

The housekeeping services non existing. The pillows ,requested a second very poor quality. The pool area overcrowding. No privicy,no highlight to showere before entering pool. The use of large swim rings, when realy is only a dipping pool. No plunge pool on floor 7 terrace Having to take waste to public street bins . No bed change after 2 days , towels used not removed at 4 days.

There was no service at our stay such as room service . For example I wanted to have a drinking water in my room then I had to bring it by myself.

The rooms let the whole place down. They are very old and dated all they need is a bit of refurbishment and it will be perfect

The facilities, the restaurant and the little supermarket were ideal. The pool was lovely all the one depth. The scenery from our room and from the pool and room terrace were unreal

After check in, it was almost mid night… I went to my room and was smelling very bad. I immediately called reception to report and they ask me to pay extra cost to change the room as apparently there was no more room and same category and the next category was bit expensive. So I was “invited” to pay the difference. Instead of assuming the problem of the room they gave me they wanted me to pay!!! I was not impressed. I had to “fight” to be placed in a different room with no additional charges.

Not even coffee pods in the room. Restaurant/bar opens and closes too early. Very cold atmosphere..sofa bed was really bad

They dont inform you there is no room service, where you have to put your rabbish. The swimming pool supposed ro be heated to 24-25 °C is actually at 20-21 so there is no pleasure in using it in winter time. Lift beyond technical control which was valid untill 6 months ago...

The sea view is amazing. Great location. Apartment well equiped.
