If you are looking for five star exquisite in every way service and accommodations in Sevilla, the hotel: is by far the best choice. I am well traveled and appreciate good value with excellent service and this place exceeded all expectations. From check in to check out it was the flawless and we use the spa services as well as the gym and enjoy the breakfast every morning which is definitely worth paying for. Buffet featuring local and international menu items as well as Cook to order specialties make dining in the hotel a must experience. The rooms were very comfortable. We stayed in the red level, which gave us access to the red lounge which has all day light bites and refreshments in a very tranquil setting. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Gym was out of action - had to take lift to 5th floor and then walk up 2 floors through construction work , with part uplifted carpets etc - better to just cordon off the whole area !

-Small desk in room, should be bigger for 5 star - Close to a church (literally same building), be aware that 9 AM these bells will wake you up -Bath tube- to sharp edges that you can easily cut on if you are not careful - A few member of staff need english training (80% was very good, but some missunderstanding at breakfast, minor thing though)

-Location downtown, walking distance to all major tourist attractions -Staff are very service minded and helpful all over the place -Roomservice and laundry service high standard -Breakfast very good quality of produce -Hotel restaurant burladero is excellent All in all the hotel meets the expectations of a 5 star hotel

We had room 324 and the window didn't close properly. We only noticed this at the end of our stay when the nloise from the road below became a problem.

The hotel is well situated in the city, next to all amenities and within walking distance of all the major sites. Dinner in Burladero was excellent, with a good choice of local dishes and excellent wine list. The hotel is nicely decorated with a modern feel. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of buffet as well as some exceptional cooked breakfast dishes.

The pool and the solarium was not available for the entire 4 night stay . The bar area and social space could be improved as it felt like you were in the lobby mixed with a breakfast area .

We asked for 3 beds, but got 2. Asked to get it fixed, they told us it was fixed, but when we got back to the room, it wasn't.

Breakfast was top-quality, staff was very nice and polite. Room was huge, and very comfortable. Location was close to perfect. The hotel decoration is amazing, and the doors emulating paintings were just beautiful. On top of all of that, they gave us an Audi Q8 E-tron for free for an entire day.

Poor problem solving skills- offered connecting iPad to tv but this did not work despite several attempts and several staff being involved. When room not cleaned it took 2 hours for it to be resolved, no apology and no haste we had to go to bar and pay for coffee while we waited.

Rooms and bathroom are very old/ outdated worn. Does not really feel like a 5 star hotel room. Shower/ bath in room I stayed in drained very slowly so ended up standing in a pool of water. Breakfast was nice but have to order certain items including eggs/ hot food/ teas and coffees. Staff were lovely but very busy at times meaning had to wait at times to submit order. Would prefer buffet or self service options for hot items.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very accommodating. Very nice reception area. Flamenco show at weekends. Great location, very central, within walking distance to most major attractions and areas.

We usually stay in this property when we come to Sevilla. The hotel is beautiful, well located but also on a quiet street. The service and attention to detail is excellent and consistent. Highly recommended!

Possibly the only slight short coming was the access to our shower was ‘in bath’ and I as an older traveler found that a tad difficult.

Everything really. Bedroom was really well appointed and comfortable; the bars and restaurant were very well staffed and welcoming with excellent menus; the health suit with small pool, steam and sauna rooms and fitness area were clean and easily accessible; the situation in the old town gave easy access to nearly every top attraction. Staff were all delightful, unobtrusive and yet readily available and helpful so all-in-all about perfect.
