The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was perfect and the heated outdoor pool was so convenient for a family with a young child like ours,. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—from the delicious food and drinks to the evening activities at the bar, which included fantastic live concerts that appealed to all ages. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The weather was a little bit cold so we could not use the pool. And also had to leave!

Although breakfast was included, we didn’t get to enjoy it as we were out riding our bikes. However, the staff—whether at reception, the restaurant, or anywhere else—were all incredibly warm and helpful. My wife celebrated her birthday during our stay, and I requested a small gesture to mark the occasion. They went above and beyond by bringing a bottle of champagne, a personalized cake, reserving a special table, and even having the entire staff gather to sing Las Mañanitas. It was a truly thoughtful and unforgettable experience.

A 5-star hotel should have a shower cap and personal hygiene amenities in the bathroom. Instead, everything is reduced to just two dispensers—one for shampoo and one for body gel, both in the shower cabin, along with conditioner. This setup feels more like something found in lower-category hotels. There was also a small issue—the bathroom has two sinks, but only one has a soap dispenser, so you have to walk to the other sink to wash your hands. However, these are minor details. The spa center is quite small for such a large hotel. The outdoor pool is heated, but it is unusable if the weather conditions are unfavorable. Out of our six-day stay, we were only able to use the pool for two days. If a 5-star hotel wants to stay open year-round, the facilities expected of a hotel of this category must be available. Why is there no indoor pool? It would be logical, as Palma does not have stable weather conditions that allow for outdoor facilities to be used throughout the year.

I had a half-board stay. Excellent breakfast, excellent dinner. Spacious and comfortable rooms. I have some minor complaints, but they do not affect my overall impression of a very good hotel.

I had the junior suite, it was very spacious and had a balcony. There are a lot of places to relax in the resort.

We loved it! First the welcome was impressive - with champagne and big smiles, extremely warm. The hotel had everything we needed. Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, room with bathtub and both pool and sea view. The staff is made up entirely of highly trained professionals striving for perfect service. We are impressed with the attitude people have towards the guests and with what attention they approach. Breakfast and dinner were unique with lots of choice. If you are wondering which hotel to book - this is your place. We would definitely come back next year.

Hotel parking a bit too expensive, there are other hotels that offer it for free, you have to try every time to find an available parking spot around the hotel (managed to find one every time, after a few circles around the hotel, in walking distance).

Nice room with excellent view to the sea, we were upgraded for free to a superior room. Cleaning visited every day, staff was very friendly and met expectations. Food was good and also the hotels bar.

The gym is super small, not well climatized and really basic equipments. There was a weird smell in the corridors and elevators sometimes. The fridge (mini bar) was really small, not much that you can put in if you want to keep food/drinks cold. Rooms are not super well soundproof, you can hear a lot from the corridors.

The staff was super helpful and kind. When we arrived at the hotel they took care of our luggage and offered us drinks and a little snack. They helped us with recommendations when asked (boat rental, restaurants, etc). The breakfast buffet was awesome. Really close to the beach. Amazing view on the water and on the sunset.

I didn’t like the two tier system of the top floors and their guests having access to a roof top pool as well as being separated in their own area at breakfast.

The staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The hotel has one of the loveliest pool areas surrounded by well kept plants and palm trees. Balcony view of the sea is stunning.

The buffet at both breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best, definitely not worth going half board nor was it comparable to any other 5star hotel we have been to. But it’s worth mentioning that the food by the pool (not included) was much better!

The room was amazing, very clean and spacious with great views! Friendly staff at reception and at the bars, the sunset bar was a very lovely space to have a drink in the evening.

The only reason I did not give a 10 was because the room was too hot, the aircon did not seem to work well in the hotel. Besides that everything was fantastic
