Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandThe only complaint was that the configuration of the room meant that moving around the bed caused difficulty. My partner caught her leg on the bed base which had an unprotected hard corner.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, and for an overnight stay in A Coruna the location is superb.

We had a lovely spacious room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection and proper coffee. There is a bar and restaurant which served excellent food and wines. It is a short walk from a carpark which gives discount to hotel guests.

Good sized room, impeccable and located in the heart of the city. The restaurant was also outstanding. We arrived an hour before the check-in time and our room was ready. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Nice to have friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast that was included in our price, nice cherry bar and more formal dining area as well. Great location. Rooms were small, but that’s what we were expecting for the price point. Very clean. Nice touches of modern mixed with, interesting art, etc.

United StatesNo refrigerator or hot water kettle in room. Noise carried badly between rooms, but thankfully I was there in low season so after first night I was on 3rd floor alone. Hot water in shower spiked when neighbor flushed their toilet—nearly scalded me badly! When I complained to front desk, they said I should just maybe not turn the water up as hot next time. LOL. I mean, it worked. But I had to laugh.
Location, very clean, staff were unobtrusive but helpful when needed.
