The only problem was a poor sound isolation. I could hear very well even when my neighbours took a shower. Ear plugs partly helped, although I still sometimes woke up in the morning from the noise from nearby rooms or staircase area. It didn't ruin my holidays, though, and I noticed that poor sound isolation is very common in the buildings in Southern Europe in general.

Overall my experience at this hotel was great! Hotel fully met my expectations. Room was small but comfortable, very clean, hotel had a nice interior design, breakfast was good, hotel staff was professional and very friendly, especially the Dutch lady at the reception (sorry, I don't know her name) - greetings to her from Vilnius! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Valencia.

Would have been nice if there was a bigger lounge area to sit when back at the hotel.

I didn't have breakfast and so I cannot comment about it. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The staff were excellent. Of particular note was Colette who could not have been more warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Location is amazing, close to everything-sights, shops, restaurants, public transportation. Room had a decent size, very clean. Breakfast was good.

Centrally lokated. Public transport. Most sights in walking distance. Clean. Functional. Good breakfast. If windows are closed it is quiet. AC can be individually switched and controlled. We would choose it again.

very central location, 24-hour reception and an excellent breakfast (10 euros). Despite a power failure the staff were very helpful and were able to guide me through the dark corridors (as i had completed the online check-in) to my room. A kettle, fridge and easy to use safe were handy.

Clean room with all I needed, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent for the cost. Snack bar was also useful, and only €2 for a ear, so reasonable. Excellent location close to bus, metro, train and tram stops, and supermarket across the road. Staff all very friendly. More expensive than similar properties in other cities, but when I had to add an extra night due to the nationwide power cut, this was very reasonable.

The walls to the room were very thin and you could hear everything in the adjacent rooms. This was a bit disruptive when people came in late or left early. You can hear the shower, hairdryer etc and conversations. The hotel is aware of this.

Excellent location to central square and landmarks. Clean and purposeful for my trip. Fantastic breakfast and great value for money.

The only downside is the walls need better sound proofing as you can hear everything.

The location was excellent situated in the Old Town so the majority of the sites we wanted to visit were in walking distance. The room was big enough for us, cleaned every day and although a bit noisy outside the soundproofing on the windows was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a constantly renewed supply of meats, cheese, fruits, cereals, scrambled eggs, toast etc etc Oh and the cakes - wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but a special mention must go to Leonardo who was our perfect host.

Amazing location in the city centre, close to bus and metro. Breakfast was great with even some gluten-free options and vegan milk. The room was clean, cozy and had a big bathroom. The staff were very friendly. There is a vegan restaurant just across the street.

Centrally located. 24hr reception desk. Easy access from airport via Metro and a 10 minute walk. Variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly welcoming. Sites within walking distance. Female solo traveller, single room. Room was small however sufficient, comfortable and clean. Kettle available. Breakfast was good. A wide spread both hot and cold. Breakfast hall even though small is managed well by the staff with constant top ups.

The location was perfect, its in middle of the city so you can easily reach everything by foot. The breakfast was also very nice, it had a little bit of everything, just perfect to start your day.
